Butler Fired I found Andrea to be extremely knowledgeable and super accommodating. I went in for an oil change and when I got there they told me ai was due for a 3 I found Andrea to be extremely knowledgeable and super accommodating. I went in for an oil change and when I got there they told me ai was due for a 30,000 mile servicing. Which was fine - I'm happy to maintain my car, but would have been nice to know that and plan the appointment around a 3 hour maintenance - but we easily rescheduled for two days later, arranging for me to have a car to use. Andrea finally explained why my AC stopped working twice in two years - and how to avoid it. I appreciate her energy - Earth Mother at the car dealership! It's about time :) Can't rate price because I have nothing to compare it to. My 2015 C-max Hybrid is my first every brand new car - sorry they aren't making them any more and hope that doesn't impact quality of future service. More

Got more than I expected. I was referred to this dealer by one of the on-line discount programs. I was contacted very quickly and had a pleasant conversation with the sales per I was referred to this dealer by one of the on-line discount programs. I was contacted very quickly and had a pleasant conversation with the sales person about what I was looking for. He was attentive to what I wanted and did a dealer search for my specific model, finding one that was very close to a perfect match. Being a holiday weekend, it took a few days to finally determine that vehicle was not available. In tha meantime I was continuing to search on-line and found exactly what I was looking for at that very dealer. I sent an email to my contact there thinking they don't know what inventory they have, only to be told that vehicle is the longer version of that model, I didn't think I wanted something that big. My wife and I decided to go ahead and go schedule a test drive to see if it was, in fact, too big. Arriving at he dealership, we discovered our salesperson was off and someone else would be helping us. I was a little concerned I would have to start from scratch explaining what I wanted to a new person, but he was up to speed on my needs. The test drive went well and we sat down to what I thought would be a "this is the price with your discount" settlement. I was pleased to find I still had some wiggle room for some additional savings. Our salesperson admitted his commission was fixed and he wanted to make me the best deal he could. With some more back-and-forth with the sales manager we came to a deal. Waiting for the paperwork to be completed was the only part of the process that seemed to take a very long time, but after some minor questions were answered, we completed the deal and were on our way. We had pleasant conversations with the sales manager and the general manager who both assured us we were getting a very good vehicle. A good experience overall. More

Quick, efficient,professional. I am sorry to find out that Butler has stopped courtesy car washes when our car, purchased at Butler, is serviced. The "free wash ticket" for a Medford facility is of little value to us. For your information, Butler has serviced both of our vehicles for about 18 years. More
