We took delivery of our Eruption Green GT Mach-E and were so impressed with the vehicle. We had ordered it 5 months previously through Ford. They were a bit surprised that we were there to claim our car but they, after several hours, were able to finalize the deal. Apparently their finance person had left the dealership unexpectedly and someone from another dealership worked hard to complete our purchase. Sean, the salesperson, was great and entertained and educated us for hours until the deal was done. Appreciated the way he treated us with respect, empathy and humor. We chose Butler because they (Rocky) allowed us to test drive a Mach-E with total trust and respect. We really appreciate the way Butler Ford treats their customers. More

Just bought a used car from Butler and it will be my last car I purchase there. They gave me WAY too little for my trade in and said it was because they couldn’t sell it for much more than they were giving m car I purchase there. They gave me WAY too little for my trade in and said it was because they couldn’t sell it for much more than they were giving me. “We don’t want to over pay because we pass the deals on to our customers”. They now have it for sale for about 7k more than they gave me. In negotiations they showed me the cars blue book value, only to find out it was 8k less than they were quoting me. Good guys right? Also, the finance guy was super high pressure about buying their warranty and other add-ons. They aren’t even licensed to work on the brand of EV I purchased. It was so uncomfortable being in his office. I was close to walking out mid way through because of the crazy tactics he was using to try to get more money out of the deal. I picked up my car the next day which they said would be “washed up nicely” for me. It was still filthy and had grass all over the interior. I felt lied to several times throughout the process. I’ve purchased several cars in the past few years and Butler was the worst experience by far. My car has been fine so far but the dishonesty and slimy deal is not something I would want anybody else to experience. Keep in mind I have NEVER left any other organization a bad review online, but you asked for a review because of the “great deal” you were giving me. Do better! More

From the moment I made contact with the service department at Butler, I was treated with the utmost respect, receiving timely updates, good communication etc. Jeremy Z in service is a Gem of an employee. He is knowledgeable, intelligible, diligent, funny and seems like he enjoys what he does; No one likes bringing their vehicle in, but he is a breath of fresh air and will work above and beyond to get you answers, work you into the schedule and verify that the work done on your vehicle was done right. I had a concern that I called Jeremy on and asked if I could being my vehicle in to get it looked at early morning. He got me in and out in 1 day, quickest turn around I've ever had at a dealer. I didn't get to work with Thomas very much, but he was equally as helpful and worked with me when Jeremy was away to get me answers and complete paperwork when things needs to be done. Props to Alex R in Service - the Master Tech that replaced the 5.0 on my Tremor, he is a fine craftsman, left everything in better shape than he found it. My vehicle is running great. Watching the service department work is like watching a highly-functional family. They are all buddies with each-other, crack jokes, smile, laugh and coordinate well. I wish I could give them more stars, they have been nothing but a blessing in my service intervals, between warranty work, oil changes etc. Highly recommend Butler Ford, they will take care of you.
