Alli was great. Financing...not so much. All, I gave a 5 star review because I feel like our sale representative, Alli, did an outstanding job before, during, and after the sale. I had a 10:00 appointment with her to look at the vehicle that I ultimately bought. Within 30 minutes, we were working on the paperwork to purchase the Truck. At approximately 1:15, we still had not signed any paperwork (Alli had been checking in on our status with financing a few times during our 3 hour wait) which prompted me to remind Alli of my 2:00 meeting in White City ( I had informed her of this earlier in the day) and she went into Jack's office (again) to check on the status. Standing right outside of his door, my wife and I over heard him speak to her in a VERY unprofessional manor, but, when he learned we needed to leave because of our meeting, he relented and we were escorted into his office. Ironically, we were on our way in about 15 minutes. (we were a cash buyer). At a minimum Jack owes Alli an apology for his behavior towards her, he was a jerk and an xxx. Additionally, he allowed a client to overhear the conversation. I am not sending this to you in the hope that you send me back and apology. My motivation is to let management know about this situation and they/you ultimately hold Jack accountable for his behavior towards a fellow employee. Like I mentioned above, he probably owes her at least an apology. More
