Butler has done all maintenance on my car since its purchase (used 2012) in 2014. Their service managers have been exemplary in their monitoring of my car and in their actions with me. Narlie Kirby was both professional, and personable when he approached us outside of the dealership when we started looking around at vehicles. Alex, the IT guy, was also very informative, and knowledgeable about the truck and answered any questions we had!! We are from Florida, were visiting HHI friends. Our Pacifica van developed tire problems Sunday. We read reviews for dealer IN HHI, and 2 dealers in Savannah, all BAD. We decided to arrive in Beaufort at 7:30 am Monday when the service department opened. Boy, did we luck out! EVERYONE was helpful. Melita explained our problem with the back tires, found us replacements, sent someone “down the road” to fetch them. Robert had them installed and aligned and had us back on the road by 10. Kudos to these outstanding employees! I have a 1984 CJ 7 at home, so I always carry a cache of ducks.I was so happy to give one to both of them! Happy holidays. PS Melita phoned us the next afternoon to make sure we were okay and traveling safely. We have NEVER had a dealership follow up like that. I wish I could thank the dealer directly because I know this sort of employee attention to the customer is trickled down from management’s attitude. More

I took my 2021 Voyager converted conversion van (BraunAbility), in for its normal servicing. I left with trading my van for a new 2023 Chrysler 300 with all the “bells and whistles”! I knew I wou (BraunAbility), in for its normal servicing. I left with trading my van for a new 2023 Chrysler 300 with all the “bells and whistles”! I knew I would eventually trade the handicap conversion van for a personal vehicle, though I was not planning to do so until after the first of the year. I was admiring a Jeep Grande Cherokee when Patrick Doherty approached me asking if he could answer any questions. That conversation ended after he showed me not only the Grande Cherokee, but other vehicles he thought I might like to see. Patrick (Pat) was very knowledgeable about everything available for sale at Butler and did not pressure me at all about purchasing a new vehicle. He knew what my personal status was regarding my existing vehicle and that I would be trading at some point in the future. He suggested I just test drive the Chrysler 300 to see how I felt about it as opposed to an SUV or another minivan, neither of which I was not totally sold on. After showing me the 300 and taking it for a test drive, I decided that it was exactly what I needed and decided to go ahead and make the deal that day. I left the dealership in my new Chrysler and never experienced any buyer’s remorse. Pat was very sympathetic to my situation, listened to what I had to say, and, without any pressure, I purchased the car that day — trading in my BraunAbility van which I had planned to do at some point in the future.
