They explain their assessments of tire wear, fluid level, alignment, recommendations on tire replacement. They care for each other too; I"ve seen cards circulated, anxious inquiries about this or that person's condition, a real concern is on people's faces and in their voice. Must be a great place to work. I've brought our car in with a complaint, say about alignment, and their mechanic AND their service writer will drive it around trying to reproduce what I complained about, without charging me for it when it turns out they can't reproduce it. Good coffee too! More
