First off, we have tried to buy 2 other vehicles from them in the past and found them to be arrogant, unhelpful and unwillingly to negotiate. We did not buy from them then, and should not have bought from them the third time either!! When we went to buy our current vehicle, they were the same way, but it was a vehicle my husband really wanted so we wound up paying asking price. When we test drove it we were only allowed to go straight down airport rd. and back because it was missing a lug nut (which they put on that afternoon). We noticed upon initial inspection that the edge of the roof was bubbling, and there was a cigarette burn on the driver seat, which we were guaranteed they would fix before that evening (because they had people on site that could do those repairs) when we returned to sign papers. We returned that evening (in the dark it looked as though the roof was repaired), was told they would fix the burn hole the next day, signed papers, and drove home. Upon driving it home we noticed the steering wheel was crooked and something was very wrong with the steering and handling of the vehicle! We checked out the problem when we arrived home and discovered it was missing parts needed for the lift that was put on! The next morning before returning to have the hole fixed, I noticed that the "fix" that was done to the roof was to cut the bubbles off and put black tape over the spots!! When I drove to the dealer to have the hole repaired I was told the person that does that work was off sight and it would take more time to fix that issue. I showed them the horrible "fix" for the roof and was told " Yeah, we were going to send if off to get fixed, but thought we would try that, we will send it off to have it fixed properly") I explained the steering and handling problem we experienced and asked them to put the missing parts on and align it because driving the vehicle was dangerous. So longer story shortened..... a month later...... The hole is still in the seat. A piece that was missing from the lift was put on but the upper and lower ball joints on both sides need to be replaced. The control arms need to be replaced. The inferior springs that were put on need to be replaced. The steering wheel still rides crooked. The roof is still the same. After calling EVERYDAY for two weeks and talking to the salesperson, used car sales manager, sales manager, service people, we were lied to then shuffled around then avoided. They did not honor anything or even offer to pay for repairs. We were quoted over $3000 to fix the repairs needed from other sources. PLEASE do not go there to purchase your vehicle! More

Hard. Very hard. Enough to rock it back and forth several times. And he didn't even stop; literally left the premises. After all said and done, general manager says it needs to be fixed and won't come off the price. The price they were dropping because we had driven over at their invitation to pay the dropped price and buy the vehicle. He acted like we were somehow at fault. Never seen anything like it. The salesman, Ronnie Henderson, was great. The gm, Mr. Classy, was definitely not. Surreal More
