Always a pleasure ... After 6 years service, our original battery suddenly died. We priced a replacement at local retailers, and then contacted Buster Miles (who does ou After 6 years service, our original battery suddenly died. We priced a replacement at local retailers, and then contacted Buster Miles (who does our regular maintenance) and they agreed to take in our vehicle immediately, run a diagnostic check to make sure there weren’t other problems causing the sudden death of our battery, and replaced it with a battery with a multi-year free replacement warranty. When they handed us the bill, it was about $10 above the price we would have paid at a retailer, without installation. And courtesy seems to be second nature to everyone we encounter at Buster Miles.
