Took my 2011 Subaru Legacy here to have a oil leak repaired and they messed my car up now it's vibrating and making noise that wasn't there and they're trying to charge me more money to fix my car whe repaired and they messed my car up now it's vibrating and making noise that wasn't there and they're trying to charge me more money to fix my car when I already told them up front when they said 2800 to fix the oil leak I said I couldn't afford that so I paid them almost 1400 to stop the worse leak and now everybody is giving me the runaround I could have taken it to a back alley mechanic but I thought Subaru was a reputable dealer and I can't get past the manager in the service department it didn't feel comfortable from the beginning so I've reached out to an attorney I never expected to get my car back in worse shape than it was when I gave it to them they keep telling me because it's an older car those things are going to happen I feel like they should have told me that up front before they did any work on my car that it was going to make it worse next I'll be calling Channel 9 News I hate giving a bad review but it's like they just took my money and made my car worse and I'm on a fixed income More

We have purchased three new Subarus from this dealership, had all our service done here and until March 1, 2021 we were pleased. On March 1 I took my wife's 2012 Outback, with 18,000 miles on it, to have a had all our service done here and until March 1, 2021 we were pleased. On March 1 I took my wife's 2012 Outback, with 18,000 miles on it, to have a remote start added to it. When we arrived to pick up the car my wife noticed a dash trim piece looose and told the service department. After looking at it they said that they were not on that side of the car. I mentioned that it wasn't loose when I brought it in. They would do nothing. We are looking to buy a new car nad I told the service agent, Cody, that it will not be there because I have lost faith in them. Incidentally the following day my wife popped the trim piece back on. More

I was met at the door before I even walked in to the dealership. I was shown the perfect car for me and I took it out for a spin. I didn't want the salesman with me to see I was going home for my checkb dealership. I was shown the perfect car for me and I took it out for a spin. I didn't want the salesman with me to see I was going home for my checkbook! The whole process was so easy and hassle free. The customer service at this place is way better than I expected. I can call on them for any issue or problem which would only be figuring out all the " bells and whistles" on this awesome vehicle. I recommend this dealership. I am a woman buying a car on my own. I never felt that they were taking advantage of that. I love my subaru. This is coming from someone who qualifies for a G M employee discount! More
