I’d give zero stars if I could. Buying process for my new OB Wilderness was easy enough. The sales guy was your typical car sales guy, not super knowledgeable and made some outright Buying process for my new OB Wilderness was easy enough. The sales guy was your typical car sales guy, not super knowledgeable and made some outright lies in product that he guessed at. His biggest lie was about the Subaru of America program “Maintain the Love”. This is where Subaru pays for 2yrs or 24k miles of your maintenance. My first service visit I found out this wasn’t applied but after service was complete I was told it’s all set now. Just recently had my second service, 12k miles. They didn’t add the promo, apparently just wrote off the first service. Fine, I’ll pay for the oil change/rotation but I’ve been lied to SEVERAL times in the buying/servicing of this car now. I walk to My car and immediately notice a massive circle of scratches on the drivers door. It’s a black car, I asked them only to hose the car not brush wash the car (the paint was ruined by the same dealer upon delivery). There’s clear evidence the car wash crew started to brush it (streaks). I walk back in and talk to the lady who was my service advisor. She comes out, apologizes for the damage and tells me to bring the car in on Friday. Their paint guy comes on Fridays. I reluctantly agree after we both take some pictures. She later calls and says paint guy isn’t coming this Friday and that her boss Gene would call the next week. Days go by, I ask for the GM to reach out and never does. Gene goes onto deny that they could have done it. He says the car was covered in salt (it was) and that no one could have seen that damage. The car is still covered in salt and the damage jumped out at you. BUSAM BODY SHOP manager Dan even told me it looks like it rubbed on a lift. Their own body shop, who says it’s $1074 to fix. So, after all the lies and chances given to make it right, here I am. Letting everyone know what you can expect from Busam Subaru, lies. I’ll let the courts decided about the repair reimbursement. More

We got there right at closing time (we thought they closed later) the doors were locked so we started to get in our car.the manager came out to see if he could help with anything and invited us to come closed later) the doors were locked so we started to get in our car.the manager came out to see if he could help with anything and invited us to come in.we did and he took the time to show us what we were looking for. Guess what,we bought a new forester from them the next day after looking at Toyota and Honda. Good people all around. More

We were in the market for a new Forester. The dealership we normally worked with was low-balling the trade in value of our car, and did not seem interested in negotiating. So, we choose Bus The dealership we normally worked with was low-balling the trade in value of our car, and did not seem interested in negotiating. So, we choose Busam Subaru next and met Rico Graves. Rico was top notch to work with. From the moment he engaged us he was informative, helpful, friendly and he wasn't pushy at all. We did not reveal to him what the other dealership was offering on our trade-in. But after inspecting and test driving our car, Busam came back with a very serious trade-in offer. Rico made the buying process easy and without "gotchas". We've already referred Rico's business card to a friend. I look forward seeing how Busam Subaru's service department works. More
