My "check engine"light was the reason I called to set up an appointment. They told me up front that it would cost $109., and I agreed that I wanted it checked. When I got to the dealership the "engine" ligh an appointment. They told me up front that it would cost $109., and I agreed that I wanted it checked. When I got to the dealership the "engine" light was no longer on, but I had them check it just in case there was something wrong. Tyler said if there was an issue and it was covered under my warranty there would be no charge. It was going to take a lot longer than we thought, so Tyler provided us with a loaner car! Plus it was time for my regular oil change. My scheduled appointment was also my 2 year anniversary for buying my Forester, and I had a coupon for a 24 point inspection and a free car wash! When we got the car back, no charge for the "check engine" light repair, and the cost was a bit lower than expected. Got in the car and was pulling out of the dealership, and notice there was still a lot of "bug" juice on the windshield, and the car had not been washed. :( I love that they offer to wash your car when you bring it in for service, and was disappointed that they didn't get it done that day! Another great experience at Busam Subaru. Tyler at the service counter was friendly and prompt. He even made sure my car came back clean with a fresh inside/outside wash!
