We were in the market for a new Forester. The dealership we normally worked with was low-balling the trade in value of our car, and did not seem interested in negotiating. So, we choose Busam Subaru next and met Rico Graves. Rico was top notch to work with. From the moment he engaged us he was informative, helpful, friendly and he wasn't pushy at all. We did not reveal to him what the other dealership was offering on our trade-in. But after inspecting and test driving our car, Busam came back with a very serious trade-in offer. Rico made the buying process easy and without "gotchas". We've already referred Rico's business card to a friend. I look forward seeing how Busam Subaru's service department works. More

I'm in the market for a new car and would have loved to have gone and test drove something today. I entered my information through a third party I have a membership with and Mike called quickly to ask what have gone and test drove something today. I entered my information through a third party I have a membership with and Mike called quickly to ask what I'm looking for. When I let him know I was wanting to test drive the car, he was very quick to say "Oh no, I'm not going to do that just for a test drive." That's a pretty off-putting way to attempt to do business with someone who has every intention of finding a new car to purchase with cash. Maybe Mike doesn't understand how car sales works? It gets worse. I received a text message from someone at the same dealership saying they do have lower models on the lot if I'd like to come in for a test drive. I scheduled a time and it was confirmed. After I had gotten the baby into the car seat and finally made it to the highway, Mike called again. He let me know it was their AI I was communicating with and rudely told me again that they don't have that model on the lot. I asked if they actually do have the lower model on the lot and he said yes, but they're closing much earlier than expected (and earlier than their website says) so I can't do it today. At this point I'm obviously not going to schedule a test drive or do any business with this dealership. If this is how they treat prospective customers, I can't imagine how they treat customers once they have their money. More
