The most annoying thing about this dealer ship is if you go up there with a check engine light on its $90. I can understand a fee for running a diagnostic. That's 20 mins your tech is tied up and could be doing real work. I even took it to auto zone and had them run it for FREE and told this dealer what code it was and what I wanted fixed. Charging me $90 when I agree to have over $500 in service done to my vehicle is just insulting. I didn't go up there to waste there time or get a cheep oil change and say, hey and can you look at this. I went in with actual business. They are very friendly until you start asking questions or have any other information to offer them. I would avoid them unless I need something specific from the dealer. To top it off the car still isn't running great and they had no suggestions as to what I could have done for it to be running better. More

We took our 05 Forester in for a substantial transmission repair and when we got it back it was fixed! Imagine that! On the first try! WooHoo! They take the customer's side when dealing with Subaru on warranty issues (when justified). More
