I talked to Heather for scheduling information for my required service. I was unable to get a time & day that I wanted, so she recommended the Express service from 8AM-4PM. When I came in for my service (oil & filter), the Express service lane was very convenient since it was raining I kept dry turning in my car. The gentleman getting me parked and getting details on my car was very courteous. I went in to resister with Alex. He completed this process in minimum time and I went to the very well appointed waiting room. Alex came in to let me know my service was completed. His review of the inspection was very thorough and assured me that I was good until the next oil/filter change. His professional attitude and demeanor indicated to me that he was very knowledgeable. They were able to help my pick out the best buckle to fit all of my wants and needs within my budget , I even ended up with more options then I expected (yay sunroof)! The sale went past normal operating hours due to my not getting there until after 5 but it did not seem to be a problem for the employees, I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely recommend and will definitely buy from them again. Thank you again to all of the employees involved in my purchase and delivery, every one of you rock! More

I think 1 hour and 20 minutes is too long for an oil change and software upgrade considering I had an 8:30am appointment. I have an email confirmation for 8:30 five days in advance. Unfortunately, our Subaru Forester was in an accident, no one was hurt, and we needed the car repaired. We purchased the Forester from Busam and because of the great experience we had with the sales departme one was hurt, and we needed the car repaired. We purchased the Forester from Busam and because of the great experience we had with the sales department, I immediately contacted the Body Shop and spoke with Mike Koop. He said to bring it into the dealership and was available when I arrived. He examined the damage and gave me a copy of the initial estimate which he sent to our insurance company. Mike said it would probably be a few days to get the final approval from them, and he would call me when I could bring it in for repair. I had asked about a rental while it was being repaired, and he said no problem. He called a couple days later and said the insurance company approved the estimate and to bring it in at my convenience. I brought it in the same day, and the rental was already waiting. He estimated about a week or so for the repair and eight days later it was finished. It looked perfect to me and when I returned to the house it passed my wife's inspection, since it was her car. Last words from Mike were If you have any problems or questions call and ask for me personally. I will, but I don't expect there will be any need. A+ experience. Ed More
