Horrible Service Department The service department here is horrible. The first time I took my car here they kept it for 3 days (when they said it would be 4 hours) and didn't off The service department here is horrible. The first time I took my car here they kept it for 3 days (when they said it would be 4 hours) and didn't offer a loaner car or anything. Then after 3 days they told me the part they needed still wasn't in and they'd call when it came in - I never got a call that the part came in but I did notice my car was acting strangely. My air conditioner turned on anytime I started my car, it didn't beep when it locked anymore, the lights on my dash would flash sometimes, etc. Flash forward about a year to the second time I bring it in (for the same noise as the first time) and I find out they didn't put something back the right way the first time, which was causing all of the weird issues. This time they try to charge me to repair it because I'm a few weeks past my warranty, even though they never repaired it the first time. When I tried to tell them I didn't want the repair done, they pretty much tried to break up with me by telling me they can't do business with me anymore (since they already ordered the part. I'm still not sure why they can't just send the part back). Overall, it was not a good experience either time and I would never go back to this dealership. More
Unethical - Waste of Time Leased a vehicle from here; spent 10 hours at dealership across 2 days. Went in 2nd day to wrap up paperwork; done wrong previous day and had to redo the paperwork, which took another 4 hours. By the time they finished wrapping up the paperwork, they were trying to rush through it because the Finance Manager was about to leave for the day. When I went into the dealership, I already knew the exact vehicle I wanted to lease and did not need to conduct any test drives. Complete incompetence all around. More
What a great experience I did not expect to buy the day I went to look at their Rogues, but they gave me a deal I could not refuse. They were so nice and personable. Extremely Bad Experience This dealerships service department is a joke!! When I took my 2007 Murano in under warranty to get the tranny replaced I was given a list of repairs This dealerships service department is a joke!! When I took my 2007 Murano in under warranty to get the tranny replaced I was given a list of repairs that I needed to make before they would replace it. I had the repairs done at a local mechanic and took it back to Busam. I was then again hit with another list of repairs that they said needed to be done. When I refused to pay $2500 for a new exhaust I was told I didn't need it. They kept my vehicle another week and said I needed another repair that cost $300. When I told them to go ahead and make the repair, Steffen told me the next day that they just don't want to work on the vehicle at all. I had to get a rental for all of the time they had my car! The rental was about $500 for two weeks and my transmission was still not replaced. When I contacted the consumer affairs department I was told that they would "document" my complaint which doesn't do me any good. I would never go back to this place for any reason, especially being a female! More
poor business / sales experience I have attempted to purchase one specific pre-owned Nissan for over six weeks. Apparently this dealership does not want to sell cars as there is EXTREMELY poor follow up.. Even the general mgr does not respond to close the sale. Requested an out the door price 3 times from one salesperson who refused to provide it in writing. They do not answer questions. They do not return emails nor texts nor phone calls. You cannot leave a vm after hours. Conclusion: the advertised price is false....just a marketing ploy to get you in the door. More

Would not recommend we were very disappointed in our experience at Bussam Nissan. First, the car we wanted to look at had not been cleaned up at all; it was dirty inside we were very disappointed in our experience at Bussam Nissan. First, the car we wanted to look at had not been cleaned up at all; it was dirty inside and out; we also felt we got the runaround as to what we needed to bring as far as paperwork, etc; made two trips and didn't get a thing accomplished, so we went elsewhere and got the car we wanted with no hastles or problems.
