High cost, communication issues. Had complete brake job done charged around 2000 dollars, told person at desk all service lights for brakes were on and was not taken care of. Recently brought the car back for surging when stopping, and a lot of brake dust on left front driver side wheel. They told me everything is OK. Still have the same issue. More

Burtness team is super friendly from the front desk to service dept. The service department was called to let me know about my battery, what they did to test it and the price to replace it up front, inclu service dept.
