POOR MANAGMENT SERVICE I was in your dealer ship today the sales person was great Robert Gentile 👍. After speaking to Robert then the manger came over and told me that they were not interested in my car to trade in. He could of used a better choice of words he was rude like I was bother him. I have bought 3 cars at Burns and was always treated well. I ask for you to take my information out of your system please. I will not to come back to your dealership ever. I don't know the name of the manager but Robert will, and the sign when you walk in says CARS WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Which was on the list so that's much BS. Thank you, Doreen More
