Wonderful Transaction! I had looked at a Toyota corolla right before I arrived at Hyundai so I pretty much had made up my mind to purchase it. I walked in the door to discuss with Vanessa Tassi about returning my leased 2013 Elantra. I dealt with Vanessa before. I was greeted with smiles and one young man came over to me to help. I approached Vanessa's desk, she stood up, we hugged. How sweet is that! I told Vanessa about the Toyota and asked her to convince me to get another Hyundai. Vanessa was immediately on her feet and she worked diligently to get me a deal that I would love. She was even-keeled, sweet, and calming. I will recommend Vanessa to anyone who asks.
