Good afternoon - Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and I'm disappointed to hear you were dissatisfied with you experience. Unfortunately, license plates cannot be transferred from a purchased car to a leased vehicle. The only exception would be for specialty plates. I do apologize for any miscommunication or an insufficient explanation in regards to this. Also, regarding the lease payment, the money a customer decides to put down would be a determining factor in the monthly payment, as well as the MSRP of the specific car. Sorry but your reply on the lease payments does nit apply in this case- My down pmt was over $4000 which is more then was stated in your ads for a lesser lease amount and a more expensive car. Sales rep tried to explain this but I still do not see the logic- why my 36 month lease payment that we have would be more then if I went with a 48 month lease?
