While the experience of learning about the new technology could have been overwhelming, Moshe went through everything and assured us that if we had any questions, we could feel free to stop by anytime to get another "lesson" (we actually did go back a few days later and got some questions answered). Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and very kind. Talal handled the finance paperwork and Danny also helped explaining the technology of the car. I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SEL AWD from here! ! My Salespeople were Moshe Schoopachevich and Mike Fantozzi. Moshe was my primary Salesman. Anyway, I traded in a barely used 2024 Tesla Model 3 LR AWD, due to changed family needs. Without question, both of them were excellent. I don't think I would have bought my vehicle, if it wasn't for these guys! From the start, I had to explain my plan, due to my Tesla being so new. They did their best to help me. Moshe answered all my car questions and Mike answered all my financing questions. I got straight answers and possible solutions from both of them. At the end, my car was delivered in perfect condition! I wish they could have delivered my car without the front license plate frame mounted, since my state doesn't require front plates. However, that's not a big deal. Overall, I'd say that my sales and financing experience at Burns Hyundai was excellent!!
