Very thankful I came into the dealership not knowing anyone since my last car I bought was in 2004 from Burns and our sales associate no longer there. I was not feeling well and upset that I had to purchase a new car due to an accident a week prior. Saul made me feel at ease and better about a new car. He wasnt pushy like usual car salesmen can be. Dealer prep Very smooth buying process from salesman to finance dept. My only complaint would be about the dealer prep. They did a nice job on the finish, even though the 12” scratch on the hood is still visible. The front floor mats were filthy and loaded with dirt. I vacuumed and shook the mat out and then washed them with a brush and garden hose. Tons of suds and some dirt came out and after they dried looked good. Prep team could have done a better job. The alloy wheels had some black film on them and there were spots on the lower body plastic trim, obviously slung off from the wheels. The black film was on the undercarriage, probably some kind of preservative. Cleaning those spots off and detailing the body trim will be my next job. The prep was the negative aspect of this purchase. I can’t recall the finance reps name. Sorry, he was very helpful. More

Brian Young was wonderful and thorough with his explanations and demonstrating the differences between the models. I appreciated his patience with explaining the many features and ultimately making the buying experience a pleasurable one. I highly recommend this dealership. More
