I was really concerned about pricing and he helped me get a deal that I could easily afford. I couldn’t purchase my first day but was kept in contact with and when I was ready to come back he had everything all set for me. Very quick process. Signed my paper work, was taught how to use the new vehicle and left with my new car. More

Good price, but pushy salesmen who incorrectly charged me James was fantastic at nagging me to complete a survey with 10/10s while never completing my request to look into a scratched seatbelt. Also, Burns told me they couldn't remove their dealer package, so they charged me for it anyway and never installed it. I'm pretty sure that's fraud. Where are my mudguards, Burns? I'll have spent the last three weekends visiting Burns just to try and straighten all this out. I don't have time for this idiocy. The car drives great, I got a better than average deal, but the sales experience has been mandatory suffering. I hope to avoid being a repeat customer. More
