I made the appointment via online. only to find out you need to generate a $225.in service in order to get a shuttle service. Otherwise we the customer needs to pay for it. I will be going to a different Honda dealership. Along with buying a Civic. No mention of this on the phone or online. The Uber fees round trip was $35.00. You lost a repeat customer car / service. I worked with many people in my process of finding one. The sales individuals were always on top of my inquiries and questions. They kindly called to give updates and sent nice welcome videos to get a feel for who they were. I worked with TJ, Amanda, and Andy & Mike for my final process. TJ and Amanda were kinda and welcoming when first starting to work with Burns. When it came time to come in for a test drive, after almost a month a half of looking at their dealership and others, i was so pleased to meet Andy! He was honest and helpful with any questions i had. Mike in financing was funny and great in helping my dad and i find a bank to work with our credit!! Overall Andy and Mike did an amazing job explain the entire process and breaking things down when asked. They’re honest and hard working… I’m so pleased with my 2013 Honda CRV EXL, especially after getting it back from service and detailing as well. Truly an amazing dealership and will go back again!!!! My service advisor was Rob Regan. Rob met me and promptly confirmed my service information. My car was immediately taken into the service garage. I received text updates and a video on my car's progress. When my car was done, Rob came to the waiting area and explained everything that was done and if future service might be needed. A member of the sales team (Lewis Alvarez) quoted us a higher monthly payment than offered by the finance company in an effort to give the finance manager (Fabio Martorell) the opportunity to "bundle" in higher monthly payment than offered by the finance company in an effort to give the finance manager (Fabio Martorell) the opportunity to "bundle" in other options such as GAP insurance, ceramic coating and a warranty at a much higher monthly payment than we should have been paying for the loan. In our case, the scam would have cost us $6,840 over the lifer of the loan. The finance supervisor (David Basham) did restructure the loan once Burns Honda knew they were caught in a scam. However, the finance supervisor never admitted to the fraud. More
