Prior to going to the dealership for an oil chang However, I feel I did not get the proper attention to my concern about the screws on my skid plate. Prior to going to the dealership for an oil change I took my vehicle elsewhere but they was unable to remove the skid plate so I had to take it to the dealership. When I explained to the advisor about what happened he let the technician know and the response came back was my skid plate was just fine. I wanted it fixed so another shop could take it off and on not just the dealership. The dealership is pricey. More
