Great dealership with honest efficient sales people. Mike worked with me. I knew I wanted a new Honda but he narrowed it down after I listed the features that were inpmorrnt to me. I had a strict budget and Mike worked with me to stay under my bottomline. I bought the car yesterday. It was an easy process. Mike had everything in order. Any questions I had leading up to and on Saturday were answered by mike. Mike made himself available for questions and such. Mike is professional. funny, and set me at ease. Burns Honda is lucky to have him. Jim was also great in telling me about different options to safe guard my new investment. I was given direct information and pricing. I chose the plans, protections and length of coverage time that worked for me. There was no pressure to buy more expensive, longer lasting warranties. I will return since my children will need cars once done with collage. I drove a 5 series BMW for 14 years prior to this purchase. I thought I would feel a massive drop in quality. So far it has not happened. This is a solid, well made car with all the bells and whistle's that will last me atlas 10 years. I love my new civic. I have noticed just as much power as my BMW. It's zippy getting around. It's also a breeze to park....my weakness. since this car is more compact, I have so much more more on each side. Inside the leather seats, heated, are beautiful. ?The new fancy screen with cool new options is wonderful. My favorite is I can now restart my car from inside my house. No more digging my car out after snow. More
