Great, they estimated 1.5 hours and were done in less than that. Wireless connection allowed me to get some work done while waiting, and I even got coffee and breakfast. My only issue was I was unaware than that. Wireless connection allowed me to get some work done while waiting, and I even got coffee and breakfast. My only issue was I was unaware of the $25.00 tire rotation fee, I thought that was a little excessive. More
Shopping for a New car today is made easier with the internet. Found the car I wanted and spoke to the "Internet Sales Manager" who quoted me a price over the phone. I was very specific about the trim l internet. Found the car I wanted and spoke to the "Internet Sales Manager" who quoted me a price over the phone. I was very specific about the trim level I wanted and repeated myself 6 times to confirm it. I get there to purchase and I was told that "I was confused" and the price quoted was for the base model. They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. The salesman was nice but his manager "Chris" was a jerk... typical car salesman. Horrible experience. Tried to do biz with Burns Honda for the 2nd time now. Both were unsuccessful and unpleasant. Will never consider purchasing from them and recommend anyone in the market to LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! ANYWHERE ELSE!!! The management team needs to learn some manners. More
Thanks for the birthday greeting. Nice way to start the day. Let me relate that this is the second Civic I have purchased from your dealership, and specifically sought out Harry Fisher as my salesman. Bo day. Let me relate that this is the second Civic I have purchased from your dealership, and specifically sought out Harry Fisher as my salesman. Both myself and my friend Carol, who accompanied me for both purchases, remembered him from 2007 and were impressed by his low keyed, sincere approach to selling me a car. I have always derived a feeling of honesty conveyed by him, and that immediately puts me in a state of trust. In addition, John Schwartz was involved in this recent sale, and also found him to be very personable. All in all, my car buying experience, which is normally a major source of anxiety for most, concluded in a most positive way. I have always brought my Civic in for services, and that too, was a most pleasant experience. Thank you for running a dealership that is "people friendly". Jill More

I went to this dealer to buy 2009 Honda Pilot sometime in 2008. The sales person then I believe, Michael was nice to me but when he got his financial manager involved, everything turned very bad. He asked in 2008. The sales person then I believe, Michael was nice to me but when he got his financial manager involved, everything turned very bad. He asked me how I was going to pay for the car, I told him cash and that I plan to use the car overseas. He then asked me of my status in United States, whether I am legal or not. This is after I had shown my New Jersey driving license and my social security number. I asked the manager why he should know whether I am a citizen before he will sell to me and that I was not pleased with his attitude. He surprisely told me that he was not going to sell the car to me and that I should leave immediately. I was shocked and as I was leaving, I called to complain but no one could listen to me. I went to Willis Honda and bought the car. I was treated with respect over there. Contrary to what I got from Burn Honda. I will never recommend my friends to Burns except I get an apology or explanation why I was treated that way. More
I recently purchased a new Honda from Burns. Everything about the experience was great, but I wanted to let people know that most of their vehicles have a "kit" of dealer accessories, that you may or may n about the experience was great, but I wanted to let people know that most of their vehicles have a "kit" of dealer accessories, that you may or may not want. This kit costs about $500 and includes (trunk cargo mat, wheel locks, pinstripe, window etching, and mud guards). This is not quoted in phone/ internet choices, so just keep that in mind. I don't know if other Metro-Philadelphia dealers also do this, but ask so you know ahead of time that you are paying an extra $500. However, everything else about the experience was fine. More
They failed to honor coupons. Their price was excessive. I had a $499 car check that resulted in the car squealing when they were finished. I returned 36 hours later and the service manager was happy to sell me new services and parts at full price to remedy the problem. I was not given the old parts to check as I requested. I was planning on buying a new Honda in the next six months. After this experience I would not spend another $1 at this dealership. More

Recently bought a certified pre-owned Accord. Harry and his manager did a great job walking us through the process and also got us a great price on an awesome car. I would highly recommend not only this d his manager did a great job walking us through the process and also got us a great price on an awesome car. I would highly recommend not only this dealership but the Honda Accord. The finance office was extremely helpful as well. This was a breath of fresh air after a horrible experience at Holman Lincoln-Mercury in Maple Shade. More
My family has been buying cars at Burns Honda for years, and that is where we always take our cars to be serviced. When I went in to buy my first new car, I was treated terribly. I was fresh out of colleg and that is where we always take our cars to be serviced. When I went in to buy my first new car, I was treated terribly. I was fresh out of college and wanted to get a price estimate for the car while still looking for full time employment. I was very clear in that I was not yet ready to purchase the car and wanted to wait until I had a better paying career. The salesman said that if I did not purchase a car that very day, that I would not get one and that they would not order one for me from another dealership. He always wanted close to $2K above the sticker price...not including accessories, taxes, title, etc. I left that day feeling very depressed. The salesperson then called me at least once a week, anywhere between 7am and 11pm demanding to know if I was ready to buy the car yet. The internet guy at Burns was also very sly and kept changing his quote by $1K everytime I talked to him. I went to Turnersville Honda and had a much better experience. I was treated with respect and got a wonderful deal on a car. I would never buy another car from Burns again. The service department is also very disappointing. I went in yesterday for a routine service, and was hit on the the guy supposed to be taking care of me. He obtained my cellphone number under the pretense of entering it into the system (it is the easiest way to contact me)..and then proceeded to text me, even after I had picked up my car and left the facility. He talked about being distracted because he was making me blush. I feel that this is very inappropriate. My car was also stained with grease on the passenger seat and both door arm rests. I only go to Burns because it is close by, but this behavior is making me think that it would be better to drive all the way out to Turnersville, just to avoid the harassment. More
