Over the years we have purchased 2 Odyssey vans from Burns Honda in Marlton, and are very pleased with the consistently fine care we have received from them. All of the people connected with the Servic Burns Honda in Marlton, and are very pleased with the consistently fine care we have received from them. All of the people connected with the Service Dept. are helpful whether over the phone or in person. Robb Regan, Supervisor of the Red Team, who cared for my van this week, was particularly knowledgeable and kind. The facility is always clean, (and the donuts and coffee delicious!). There is an Internet connection for the use of customers, and a comfy place to sit and read available for those who do not want to be bombarded by the TV. Some say Dealership auto service, in general, is more expensive than taking your vehicle somewhere else. Don't know if that is so or not, but every penny we have spent at Burns Honda in Marlton assures we are safe and that no short-cuts have been taken. Confidence while on the road is what matters. More
I got an online price for an accord from this dealership. I went over all additional charges--sales tax, destination, tire fee tax, etc and went to the dealership to purchase the car. I test drove the car I went over all additional charges--sales tax, destination, tire fee tax, etc and went to the dealership to purchase the car. I test drove the car and decided to buy it. Then, all of a sudden, the price changed. $695 dealer package, that was never mentioned. I told him I did not want it (the pinstriping was not on the car, but I would still have to purchase it!) The salesman wanted to go talk to a sales manager about seeing what he could do about the price. I was totally dissatisfied that they just wasted my time. So I left, and purchased the car at another dealership. If your time is valuable (mine is), don't waste your time at Burns. Check other reviews on this website, and purchase elsewhere. More
I have to say this was one of the most unsatisfactory visits I've ever had to any Honda. When I called to inquire about what was involved in a 105,000-mile service I was told by a young male service rep visits I've ever had to any Honda. When I called to inquire about what was involved in a 105,000-mile service I was told by a young male service rep it would be a two-hour service and cost around $250. It was only after making the appointment, driving to Honda and talking with someone obviously more experienced that I found out it would take all day and cost in the neighborhood of $1,400. I felt duped. It felt like bait and switch just to get me in to get the service your guys knew I would be paying much more for. And while your mechanics seem to have done an OK job I sure did pay through the nose for it. Not to mention the poor customer service I received by that original guy on the phone who led me to believe one thing to have someone later tell me something else. This leads me to forver distrust Burns Honda and its service department. How do any of us ever know if we are getting the best work for the best price? We don't. You guys make the bulk of your money in the service department. But now I am the victim and it feels crappy. And one more thing...if this ever happens to anyone else they should have to complain to a service tech about the situation to "shame" the tech into giving a crappy $50 coupon. It should be automatic. Again, good customer service. Setting the expectation and treating people with respect. More
I felt very comfortable with Mitch. It was my first NEW car and it was a good experience with him. There was no hard sell and I did not feel pressured to buy. Bought our first SUV, Honda's CR-V. We started shopping in September 2009 and liked our salesman, Marc, back then. We are very slow to make decisions and finally bought the car March 2010! I asked Marc to in September 2009 and liked our salesman, Marc, back then. We are very slow to make decisions and finally bought the car March 2010! I asked Marc to keep in touch when new incentives came out. He called once a month and left a friendly message. Who likes car salesmen! Now I do...our car salesman, and seemingly the other sales people at Burns are just as easy and comfortable to deal with. The wheeling and dealing was pretty painless. The manager, Jim, spent time with us explaining things, as well. I dreaded the last part of the process, meeting with the, 'loan guy.' Tony turned out to be delightful to deal with. Everything felt straight forward and was explained to our satisfaction. I look forward to a service department that is as responsive as the sales staff. Their motto really is true, 'the home of the Nice guys!' More
My experience with Honda and this dealership has been excellent. From the moment I phone to make the appointment to the finished product, it is always a pleasure to do business with Burns Honda. The se excellent. From the moment I phone to make the appointment to the finished product, it is always a pleasure to do business with Burns Honda. The service department was wonderful when I called at 7:30am to say I thought I was having brake trouble I was able to bring my car in at 8:30 that same day and after checking the problem and doing the service needed, I had my car back by 1pm the same day. Anyone who has a Honda should look into using Burns as their service provider and anyone thinking about purchasing a new car should definetly go to Burns. My overall experience with this dealership has been A+++. More
