Jim was very helpful when I came in for service. The texts alerts with updates is very helpful. As well as the alert that I got telling me I needed extra service. Alex was great to work with. My 2016 Honda Pilot reported an Emission System Failure. The same day, they were able to get the job done with replacing the catalytic converter as well as replace 4 wheels & do wheel alignment. A lot of the auto repair shop do not have parts and need to wait a day or two before the car is repaired. Alex was great to work with, she kept me posted on the service throughout the day! More
