My family has been buying cars at Burns Honda for years, and that is where we always take our cars to be serviced. When I went in to buy my first new car, I was treated terribly. I was fresh out of colleg and that is where we always take our cars to be serviced. When I went in to buy my first new car, I was treated terribly. I was fresh out of college and wanted to get a price estimate for the car while still looking for full time employment. I was very clear in that I was not yet ready to purchase the car and wanted to wait until I had a better paying career. The salesman said that if I did not purchase a car that very day, that I would not get one and that they would not order one for me from another dealership. He always wanted close to $2K above the sticker price...not including accessories, taxes, title, etc. I left that day feeling very depressed. The salesperson then called me at least once a week, anywhere between 7am and 11pm demanding to know if I was ready to buy the car yet. The internet guy at Burns was also very sly and kept changing his quote by $1K everytime I talked to him. I went to Turnersville Honda and had a much better experience. I was treated with respect and got a wonderful deal on a car. I would never buy another car from Burns again. The service department is also very disappointing. I went in yesterday for a routine service, and was hit on the the guy supposed to be taking care of me. He obtained my cellphone number under the pretense of entering it into the system (it is the easiest way to contact me)..and then proceeded to text me, even after I had picked up my car and left the facility. He talked about being distracted because he was making me blush. I feel that this is very inappropriate. My car was also stained with grease on the passenger seat and both door arm rests. I only go to Burns because it is close by, but this behavior is making me think that it would be better to drive all the way out to Turnersville, just to avoid the harassment. More
I am the type of person that is very thorough with my research. I gathered price quotes, and fees from competing dealerships and was armed from the gate of what to expect. However, from the get go things research. I gathered price quotes, and fees from competing dealerships and was armed from the gate of what to expect. However, from the get go things just started off wrong. I came with my bf and his dad, and the salesmen got really hyped for no reason talking crap to my bf's dad as soon as we went looking at the new cars, right there I felt like I was ready to walk, I mean seriously? Are you not trying to sell a car? Anyways so they were not budging on the prices, until I showed them my quotes, then the "big dog" came in the finance manager and started ripping apart the quotes, trying to make me look like an idiot, I'm sorry I have a 4 year degree from an ivy league school and work for a fortune 500 company, and you want to belittle me and call my research FALSE! Anyways after he started to realize I wasn't messing around and knew what the xxxx I was talking about he finally adjusted the price by a good amount. But pretty much told me to still my trade in where the sun doesn't shine. So I walked, they tried to play the oh we tried this and that what more do you want from us, hm...how about some customer service for one. Now don't get me wrong the lot is big and nice which is a plus, but that's all this lot is really good for. If you are looking for a painless, stress free process, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! More
I went to burns bc I heard good things but once I was there I was so upset. Stereo typical rude car dealership. They treated me like a number, not a person actually buying a car. The sales manager was there I was so upset. Stereo typical rude car dealership. They treated me like a number, not a person actually buying a car. The sales manager was so rude, he did not even talk to me when I was "introduced to him". When I finally picked out the car that I wanted they told me I had to pay for accessories on the car THAT I DIDNT WANT. THEY already put them on the car. That's not my fault. I had no interest in a pin stripe, wheel locks or any other non-sense. They are fake! I do not want anyone else to have to go through this crap! More

I had my car services here 2 times for regular maintenance (15K, 30K miles service). Both the times, I found my engine coolant was not filled properly...it was still at minimum level. The washer f maintenance (15K, 30K miles service). Both the times, I found my engine coolant was not filled properly...it was still at minimum level. The washer fluid was not filled-in at all. If the things I can see, were not done properly, how can I believe that they did other things correctly? During the maintenance, they never called up to suggest if any other things needed maintenance...It was kind of routine check-up and at the end, they charged the regular service bill. I used to go to Open Road Honda in Central N.J and their mechanics found to be very good. They used to call up (during maintenance) and suggest what else need to be fixed. At the end of the service, the vehicle seemed to be different (working better) than when I gave-in for service. Next time, I have to try other Honda dealers close by! More
As I was driving home from work last Thursday, I noticed that my left turn signal was not working. Even though I called the service dept after 6pm, someone was there to schedule my car for service the next that my left turn signal was not working. Even though I called the service dept after 6pm, someone was there to schedule my car for service the next morning. The repair needed seemed to be that of a new "multiplex" box which, unfortunately, was not on hand. I was unable to leave my car for Saturday and scheduled the repair for Tuesday 5/13. On Tuesday, despite replacement of the new part, the turn signal still did not operate. They kindly provided me with a rental car for which I am grateful. This allowed me to keep my schedule of activities and, since the rental car was the same model as my own, it was a "no-brainer" to drive! I am delighted to say that I now have my own car back and the turn signals both work!! Perhaps this problem with the turn signal would seem a minor to some, but I believe it was a huge safety issue on the road. Although the fault was originally thought to be with the "multiplex", they explained to me that it was actually in another relay. Even though I was prepared to pay for the more costly multplex, my actual charges were much less. Their honesty in this matter makes me even happier and remains the reason I continue to use Burns Honda for all of my car's service. Barbara Harry MSN, APRN, C Nurse Practitioner More
Walked in at 3pm without an appointment. Got assigned with a sales rep in 2 minutes. In only 3 hours, finished testing drive 2 cars, price negotiation, insurance, lease contract and delivery. Drove back with a sales rep in 2 minutes. In only 3 hours, finished testing drive 2 cars, price negotiation, insurance, lease contract and delivery. Drove back in a new Accord (with only 5mi on it) at 6pm. More spacious and neater new car parking lot compared to other dealer shops. Though they don't respond actively to email quote inquiries. As long as you did some research and know what you are asking for, they are willing to negotiate and give you a fair price. Got my honda.com lease special with no hassle. It's a pleasant experience for the first time new car buyers like me. Less hassle, more sales, everyone are happy. More
