My wife and I were pleased with all of the staff at Burns. Ed Altman, the sales person, was a pleasure to work with and we always felt that he was honest, even if a specific answer was not exactly wha Burns. He acted as an advocate with the finance office and helped to guide us to the right model in the right price range for us, a CR-V. He reviwed everything about the car's operation when we took delivery and has continued to follow up to make sure everything is proceeding smoothly. On top of all of this he was just a real nice guy! We have never bought a Honda before this purchase, but if we decide to get another new car, ed Altman and burns Honda will be out first stop - Jim and Eva Wolfe More
I went to Burns Honda after helping my mother buy a CR-V just over a year ago. We worked with Ed then and now & have been completely satisfied. I have been coming to burns honda for service for years now I have 2 accords and have always had a pleasent experince. They know what they are doing. Always delivered the car back when promised. Burns Honda is the best for service needs. I had to get rear trailer arm bushings and my car's engine light came on while I was driving to the dealership. As soon as I walked in, the guys were attentive, p rear trailer arm bushings and my car's engine light came on while I was driving to the dealership. I have tried to buy from them twice, they are much higher price than others. The $695 pinstrip etc package is mandatory on all cars, no negotiation, and their best deal is usually close to the worst deal I'v price than others. He don’t care about customer. I went for Accord EXL. Burns Honda called me 2nd time to visit the dealership and promise to do the negotiation. During the visit he didn’t do any price discount and expect me to pay his price. He told me very arrogantly that he don’t want to sell the car. Don’t visit this dealer. Also burns Honda price is very higher than other dealer. More

I brought in my '08 Accord for brake noise and found out about the brake recall going on. I never received any notices on this so was sort of taken back by it. I payed $191 for the repair and feel this was about the brake recall going on. I never received any notices on this so was sort of taken back by it. I payed $191 for the repair and feel this was unfair, being the car has only 26,000 miles on it. Too premature. I realize Honda was reimbursing this in full till some class action suit started up. So in esscence this isn't Hondas fault...sort of... buying cheaper brake pads is though. Nothing to do with BURNS Honda.. they are the best. I came down from Hillsborough NJ to this dealership because of its excellent reputation. I have friends who have purchased autos from them in the past and have never had one mishap. More
