I have purchased two cars from Burns Honda in Marlton and they are the best car dealer I have ever encountered. From sales to service, you can't beat them. Everyone is always cheerful and courteous. They have big screen TV, computers, quiet area for reading, coffee, donuts, popcorn, friendly people to talk to. The time passes so fast that sometimes I don't want to leave yet. I had a very good experience to buy a Honda Accord here. As soon as I walked in and met Marc, I knew I would have had a good chance to make a deal here. Since I had done may home work before I went, I knew exactly what I wanted and what price to pay. Marc was very friendly and easy to work with. More importantly this dealer had a good inventory of honda vehicles so it was easy for me to find the right color and options. Burns Honda seemed to have a good team who made the pruchasing process eas, smooth and efficient. Finally they did offer the best price that I could get in this region, which was awesome. More

I attempted to get a competitive price from one of the dealers (he is no longer employed by Burns) and was met with an outrageous number as if I had stupid tattooed across my extremely large forehead. Four years later, I tried to keep an open mind about the my last visit to a Burns showroom and chalked the whole thing up to that guy being a bad seed. I decided to give Burns Honda another try. Burns won my business and loyalty back yesterday. From my first greeting to the final handshake, my experience was actually enjoyable. I hate to use cliches, but Chris Kull was like a breath of fresh air......young, full of energy, and enthusiastic. He truly puts the customer first. I explained to Chris exactly what my expectations were the minute I walked into the dealership and he met every one of them. I am the typical busy American and I don't have time to play around. From start to finish, Chris was cognizant of this and made it his priority to streamline the car buying process as best he could. I financed a 2011 Accord and leased a 2011 CRV for wifey and the entire process could not have gone any smoother. With two cars to trade-in and a mountain of paperwork to sign, I could have spent the entire day at the dealership, but did not. Haggling was at a minimum as I was met with fair offers from the sales desk on both occasions. If someone had a gun to my head and I had to complain about something, it would be the dealer package that Burns places on every car upon it's arrival on the lot. From what I could gather, this package includes a combination of items, such as trunk tray/liner, mud flaps, pin-striping, wheel locks, and window etching. All of these items serve a purpose, but I wanted none of them. Chris was able to work the $695 package price into the car cost and in the end, I paid my budgeted amount for both vehicles. Nicole from finance was great. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and didn't pressure me into buying dealer add-ons that I had no interest in purchasing. I've always serviced my vehicles at Burns and my experience with that department has always been top notch as well. I highly recommend Chris and the staff at Burns for service, financing, and new car sales. Thank you Chris and thank you Burns for making yesterday's car buying experience painless and enjoyable. You have a customer for life. More

When we discussed pricing, I felt that Chris and John, a manager at Burns, were honest. I feel that I was dealt with fairly. It was a win/win for both myself and the dealership. Not only do I enjoy the way my Accord drives and has low maintenance, but returning to Burns Honda was an absolute pleasure! When my daughter was ready to purchase her first car, naturally I wanted her to get the same wonderful experience from Doug. Unfortunately, Doug moved up to General Manager and no longer took customers on test drives. Lucky for us, Doug put us in the exclusive care of Joey Nahama. My trepidations were instantly assuaged when Joey not only impressed us with his car knowledge, but equally shine with his warm personality, eager to please attitude and trustworthy character. Initially, my daughter did not want to be called for a month in order to look around and make up her mind about what car model she needed. Joey Nahama was true to his word and resisted calling her. He won her trust and respect. Upon returning the next month, Joey helped her fulfill her "new car dream" right down to color, price and excellence in salesmanship! Returning to Burns Honda for future car purchases will be an experience to look forward to thanks to Joey Nahama! This dealership should be ashamed of the way they do business. I came in for a simple damage appraisal and I never got such information. I was taken by a salesperson, only to be told it would be better if I got a new car. I agreed to look however, I still wanted the option to fix my car. I never heard another word about my damaged car after asking several times and I was pushed into believing I was "getting a deal". I was getting a deal alright, and from what I see now, 12 days into my lease is that I got taken advantage of for being a young woman by myself. I was charged $3,000 over sticker price and I still have not been told why. I have called the dealership and I have spoken to the GM who was rude and completely heartless. He told me that "we dont sell cars to take them back. We are not going to take the car back." and although that is fine, it is no way to do business. If a customer calls and says they were unhappy with the whole experience and felt rushed into getting a new car, you help them out. Not at Burns Honda! They are just worried about themselves and their pockets! I will never return to this dealership to do business and I have contacted American Honda and the BBB. STAY FAR AWAY, these people are thieves!!!! More
