My wife needed a car in order to travel to & from work. As gas prices are so high, we decided on something with great gas mileage. Since my daughter purchased from Burns in November, I contacted them via e-mail noting what I was interested in. Mark Foley called me at work and told me what he can do for me. He sent me different pricing opptions to review. I called him back and made an appointment for that evening. We arrived at the dealership at 7:00pm (approx. 1/2 hour late of our scheduled time). Mark was with another customer, but made sure he acknowledged us upon our arrival and said he would be with us shortly. After a few minutes, he approached us and we had breif discussion about what we were interested in. He handed us a set of keys and let us test drive an Accord and a Civic for as long as we wished. We dicided on the Accord LX. Mark asked us "Do you want to take the car tonight?" We said sure, if it's possible. He took us out to the lot, my wife picked out the color combo she wanted and we went inside. As Mark worked up some numbers for us that were just phenonimal, I inquired about the LX-P. Mark said he has one on the lot for us. By this time, it was getting close to closing time. But Mark and the rest of the team stayed until everything was complete (paperwork, prep, explain the equipment functions, etc.). To make a long story short, we left the dealership at 10:30pm in a 2011 Accord LX-P at a price that was way better than I ever expected. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Burns Honda and their team. They are truely one of the best dealerships I have had the pleasure of working with. More
Second car (almost third but we got a different kind of car)in 12 months from Joey and Burns. Their way of doing things from the past has changed for the better (less pressure and follow up) and Joey and h car)in 12 months from Joey and Burns. For personal reasons, the process stretched over 2 months but he stuck with me and stuck with the price which was by the way a great price. Also, they were accomodating on other fronts. I fully understand why they keep getting these awards. More

I had my passenger side rearview mirror replaced for a total cost of $255.00. I thought that was expensive so I researched the Honda website for replacements parts and discovered that I was charged 3 time total cost of $255.00. I thought that was expensive so I researched the Honda website for replacements parts and discovered that I was charged 3 times the cost of the parts, which I believe to be exorbitant. I was charged $60 for labor and taken advantage of with respect to the cost of the parts. I believe other consumers would agree that this is an outrage. More
Each of these gentleman treated US like we were important to their business & they went above & beyond what any other Dealership has ever done for US to purchase a New Car. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was friendly, and the process went by quickly and painlessly-- I particularly appreciated that Chris didn't try to sell us extra accessories for the car like other dealerships. In fact, we were the ones who said we wanted the enhancement kit. Truly the definition of "no pressure"! Nicole McNamee was the one working with us to finance the car, and knowing that we're broke newlyweds (and one of us is a grad student), she really worked with us about our concern of having as low a monthly payment as possible. We walked (er, drove) out of Burns Honda with a new shiny Civic, very happy, and feeling like we made two friends. I HIGHLY recommend Burns to anyone who is looking for a new Honda! More
My experience with Burns Honda was GREAT! This is my first Honda as I previously had Chevys. I love my new Odyssey! Keith walked me thru the workings of the car (more than once) He was very patient with first Honda as I previously had Chevys. I love my new Odyssey! Keith walked me thru the workings of the car (more than once) He was very patient with me understanding that us "oldies" are somewhat technilogicaly chalanged! I went to Burns to look at the 2011 CR-Vs. I had a great experience from the minute I walked into the dealership. The entire staff was easy to work with, friendly, and helpful.
