I tried a Civic which I intended to buy but Having tried the Accord chose to lease and have this really nice car. Tom(financial) was very nice and explained cost and payment plan and the great deals offered when the lease is up. I finished with George who took me to the car and explained everything on the dashboard the floorboard and anything that I questioned about the car even if I asked him to repeat it(what more could you ask for?) Oh, did I mention Mike called how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns about the car? He did and I think that was really nice of him.So thank You. More

After I left on Thursday (3/10), I read your business card and saw in the corner that it said "Home of the nice guys!", and I have to admit I chuckled, as I thought it was an interesting statement to make on a business card! But after working with yourself and Don, I can say with certainty that it is TRUE, and made the car buying process much easier knowing that I really was working with "nice" guys. After visiting other dealerships that day and looking at other cars, I was a little intimidated by some of the aggressive sales techniques that other dealerships used (especially when they saw I was a young-ish woman, by herself, interested in buying a car). Truly, when I got to Burns, I was tired of sales pitches and "What would it take to get you in this car today"? type lines. When I test drove the car with you, you gave me facts about the car, were VERY knowledgeable about Honda's, and were genuinely friendly - the opposite of what I had experienced at other places I looked. You let the car speak for itself, which was such a breath of fresh air in the car buying process. Again, thanks so much to yourself and your team for all your help - from start to finish - in the process. I feel confident that I made the right decision, and bought from the right people and place. My wife and I just bought a certified pre-owned Pilot from Burns. We are extremely pleased with the way we were treated, quality of the car, and price we paid. We have a 3 month old that we were going to take with us, so I called up first and talked to Sam about what cars we were interested in, what price range we needed to be in, and that we would be bringing our 3 month old with us. We got to the dealer at 6:45 and were out of there at 8:30. Quick and painless, and the price was what we agreed upon ahead of time. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Even if you don't live in NJ, my advice would be check their website, see if they have a couple of cars you are interested in, then call them up. They may be able to work with you on the price and make it worth the drive like they did for us. It can't hurt to make the call. Good luck! More

Nicole McNamee turned out to be much more than just the "paperwork" person. I actually changed my mind about financing after consulting with her. This is the fourth Honda I've purchased, the first three from another dealer. That dealer was very, very good... but not excellent. Burns Honda is excellent! More
I recently leased a vehicle at Burns Honda in Marlton, New Jersey. After spending a few months reviewing car reports my wife and I decided that leasing a Honda Odyssey EX-L was our best option. We spent a few weeks kicking tires at many dealership in Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, gathering as much informatin possible to negotiate a deal. Many dealers called our home offering the lastest lease prices for Honda and explaining their quality services. Armed to negotiate through the hassles of car salesmen, I traveled to Burns Honda in Marlton, NJ. Walking into the showroom I was greeted by friendly professionals. Able to freely walk around the showroom hassle free I checked out the Odyssey on display. The dealership was very clean and the staff was very neat and friendly. I was greeted by Keith Bachman, a salesman at Burns, who was very knowledgable in all the options and accessories of the Odyssey. I explained to him that I was here to lease a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L and wanted to take delivery within the week. I told Mr. Bachman that I had received a lease offer that was very aggressive and probably one that was not going to be matched. Kaith Bachman politely said, "I'll beat it". He excused himself for a few moments to talk with his manager (not the usual half hour wait), and returned with a lease price even lower. I went into Burns Honda prepared. I understood the real manufacturer invoice prices used in the lease. I understood the exact money factors and residual value of the vehicle. I was aware that the deal I wanted was a tough sell for any dealership and there would be almost no profit off the deal. I was prepared for Keith Bachman to look at me as if I was crazy however, he didn't. With a handshake a deal was struck. My wife wanted a white exterior and beige interior. Burns did not have the vehicle on their lot and had to make a dealer trade. It took two days for our new Honda Odyssey to arrive and finalize the deal. Even with a dealer trade, Burns Honda honored the deal and our family drove away with an new 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever encountered. Burns Honda is a very clean dealership with friendly, professional staff members that do not hassel you. Their pricing is very aggressive. I did not have to negotiate and go through the haggle. I simply gave them the price I wanted and they beat it, period! On delivery of our new vehicle Keith Bachman brought my wife and I into the service deck where are car was waiting for us. He spent a half hour showing us how to work every option and accessory. Keith even synched our phones and set up the displays for us. We left Burns Honda completely satisfied! Be sure to ask for Keith Bachman in sales. More

This was my first time going to a dealership to buy a car, and it was a very pleasant experience. I have heard many horror stories, but this was far from that. Rich was so honest with me, and never made me feel coerced into anything that I did not want. I went in specifically for a fit sport 2011, and left with one-- incredibly smooth process. Not only was Rich incredibly helpful, but he never gave off the usual pushy sales mentality. I am in sales, so when I see people utilize their skills without being overbearing-- it's refreshing! Although I didn't directly deal with other employees, they all seemed very friendly. Anyway, it was a great experience and I would definitely not hesitate to do business with them again! Jordan More
