I have been purchasing new and used Honda vehicles from Burns Honda for close to 20 years (7 cars to date). They are really great, friendly guys and I never thought of going to another Honda dealer. I have always had a good experience with them; they are knowledgeable of the products and do their best to work with you to make financing the vehicle affordable. I have even recommended co-workers to Burns and they too have made new purchases from Burns and have received great service. I really think that Burns Honda is the best dealership on the east coast. We had the most positive car buying experience from Burns Honda. Mr. Jim McCormick (GM/VP) had the team, which included our salesperson, Bill Bianco, the used car manager, Don Reed, and finance manager, Ray Honda. From start to finish it was an easy process to trade in our vehicle, test drive the pre-owned 2010 Pilot, and complete all the paperwork. From start to finish it was a 2hour process. Burns Honda simplied the car buying process for us. Nice first time experience at Burns Honda with Gershe, Brian & Nicole while shopping with our son for a 2012 Honda Civic. I visited a number of different Honda dealerships before settling on Burns. The dealership's and Mike's level of customer service was exceptional. The dealership even had a sales desk adjacent to a kids play area so we could keep an eye on my children while completing our transaction. More
This is the first time I have ever written a review for any establishment, but I was so enthralled with the level of service I received, I just had to share it. This is the 3rd time I have purchased a Hon any establishment, but I was so enthralled with the level of service I received, I just had to share it. This is the 3rd time I have purchased a Honda Accord from Burns Honda, and it just keeps getting better. Purchasing a new car is exciting; however, your excitement diminishes quickly with the endurance test your are typically subjected to going through the process. I have to say that I have never had that experience at Burns Honda, which is probably the reason I keep going back. I thought I would have a difficult time finding the specific color that I wanted, but although they didn't have it on the lot, they made sure to locate & obtain exactly what I wanted. My salesperson, Marc Weiner, made me feel so special and comfortable, I had to mention his name. I felt like he really listened to what was important to me. I couldn't help but trust him. They helped me stay within my budget and never made me feel stressed. The sales manager, John Schwartz, personally introduced himself and assured me they would do everything they could to meet my needs, and they did. The worst part being finance was also a great experience. I wish I could remember Nicole's last name because I felt blessed to have the good fortune of getting her for what I thought would be the worst part. I haven't had my new car serviced yet, but that is typically a good experience. They are all so accommodating from the moment you drive in, and that goes for the shuttle driver too. They remember you and they call you back! I never intended for this to be so long. I guess I got carried away because I think everyone should know what a great experience it is dealing with everyone at Burns Honda. You almost feel like family. More
