I visited a number of different Honda dealerships before settling on Burns. The dealership's and Mike's level of customer service was exceptional. The dealership even had a sales desk adjacent to a kids play area so we could keep an eye on my children while completing our transaction. More
This is the first time I have ever written a review for any establishment, but I was so enthralled with the level of service I received, I just had to share it. This is the 3rd time I have purchased a Hon any establishment, but I was so enthralled with the level of service I received, I just had to share it. This is the 3rd time I have purchased a Honda Accord from Burns Honda, and it just keeps getting better. Purchasing a new car is exciting; however, your excitement diminishes quickly with the endurance test your are typically subjected to going through the process. I have to say that I have never had that experience at Burns Honda, which is probably the reason I keep going back. I thought I would have a difficult time finding the specific color that I wanted, but although they didn't have it on the lot, they made sure to locate & obtain exactly what I wanted. My salesperson, Marc Weiner, made me feel so special and comfortable, I had to mention his name. I felt like he really listened to what was important to me. I couldn't help but trust him. They helped me stay within my budget and never made me feel stressed. The sales manager, John Schwartz, personally introduced himself and assured me they would do everything they could to meet my needs, and they did. The worst part being finance was also a great experience. I wish I could remember Nicole's last name because I felt blessed to have the good fortune of getting her for what I thought would be the worst part. I haven't had my new car serviced yet, but that is typically a good experience. They are all so accommodating from the moment you drive in, and that goes for the shuttle driver too. They remember you and they call you back! I never intended for this to be so long. I guess I got carried away because I think everyone should know what a great experience it is dealing with everyone at Burns Honda. You almost feel like family. More

I was generally pleased with all the services from the salesman and the dealership. Everyone was friendly and fully cooperative. My husband and I bought a new Honda Civic from Burns Honda this week. This was the second dealership that we visited. The first dealer was much closer to home, but we walked away unhappy after experiencing the typical sales pressure. (This was very annoying since we have our cars serviced at this closer dealership, and we had purchased a civic hybrid from them just a year ago!) I talked with Mike D. at Burns Honda via e-mail and phone, and immediately realized that he was not going to pressure us or play games. We scheduled an appointment with Mike and found him to be professional and straight forward. He showed us various options, took us for a drive, and priced out 4 or 5 different car options within the civic line. I had done a lot of research on the internet regarding dealer invoice price versus MSRP, and I was pleasantly surprised when the first number he brought us was a very fair price. No haggling! Wow! This is how car buying should be. It was well worth the extra 30 minute drive. We will definitely buy our next Honda from Burns! More

I had an awesome experience with your dealership and I have been to a number of different brands. Ryan Suggs was not only super knowledgeable but a pleasure to work with. He really went over and beyond my expectations as a sales rep and helped me make a deal that I was comfortable with as well as keeping in my budget. I LOVE MY NEW CR-V!! Burns has a great asset with Ryan on board! Thanks Burns Also not to mention Ray Coleman in finance who helped me get this deal through Honda with less than perfect credit. The sales person who waited on me, was very informative and understood all my concerns and needs. Never, have I test rode a vehicle and knew what it could do, because he show me everything. The best part was, that at no time did I feel pressure or hassel to make a decision. Also, when siging the final documents, once again excellent customer service. This dealership, removed any worries, apprehensions or anything else that was bothering me and service me as though, I was a millionaire. As for my future purchases, if Burns Honda is not selling it - then I will not be buying it. More
When you are a "younger" woman, it always feels like sales people (who ARE mostly men) see you as someone they can take advantage of. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable with Bob. He si like sales people (who ARE mostly men) see you as someone they can take advantage of. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable with Bob. He sincerely wanted to get me the best deal he could, and I feel confident that he did. This was actually the first time I bought a car by myself (without bringing a man along) and I felt completely comfortable. I have already referred Bob to a friend. More
