First off, I want to say I am very pleased with my new 2012 Honda Civic. The overall quality of the car is outstanding. Even though I have only had the car for a few weeks I know I probably won't have any 2012 Honda Civic. The overall quality of the car is outstanding. The stigma that car salesmen won't do their best to get YOU what you are looking did not prove correct in this case. From the minute I walked into the dealership I felt no anxiety and was met with friendly service. The salesman I was fortunate to work with was Bill Gomeringer. It was because of his experience and service that the process went so smooth. He worked with my wife and I regarding our expectations and needs and he delivered. The process was quick and the entire time I felt I could trust Bill. As a consumer that is highly important. I went to the dealership on a Monday afternoon and re-connected with the salesman, Chris, who sold us our 2008 Accord. I pretty much had a good idea of the Pilot I wanted (including options and accessories) so it was a matter of test driving the vehicle and discussing model details. They didn't have either of the two colors on the lot that I was looking for, so I left with a promise to locate the Pilot I wanted by the end of the week. Within several days they had found a vehicle for me and it was at the dealership by that Friday. I arranged to complete the purchase on Saturday morning and within 45 minutes after arriving, I was done and heading home with the new car (Nicole, who handled the paperwork, had everything lined up so all I pretty much had to do was just read and sign the forms.) So, overall, I spent perhaps a total of about two hours at Burns before closing the deal and drove away very satisfied. The Burns team is top notch, the dealership is very friendly and well organized, and the service department is one of the best (we take all our vehicles to Burns for routine maintenance.) I highly recommend Burns and will continue to do business with them. More
