A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of walking into Burns Honda, was greeted at the door by a cheerful receptionist and given into the capable hands of Eduard Hanekom. From the very beginning of our association with Ed both my husband and I were very pleased. Ed was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the Honda CRV that I was interested in. Ed was very professional in explaining all of the features that came with the car as well as different packages that were available. Never did he, or anyone from the Burns’ family, try to sell us more than we were interested in. While on the test drive Ed made certain that I knew exactly how each feature worked – especially the backup camera so that I could use it to its best advantage. All questions were answered expertly and we left feeling that we had hit on the perfect car and the perfect sales agent. Ed is more than an asset to Burns Honda – he is a valuable employee. I also want to say thank you to Jim Romer and Brian Krykewycz who both made this a very pleasant experience. I have been telling my friends and colleagues about the great service at Burns Honda and would recommend them to see Ed in a heartbeat! I have been driving my Honda CRV for two weeks now. Best decision I’ve made in a long time! Buying a new car should be an exciting and rewarding experience. Everyone at Burns Honda certainly accomplished that very well. Put us, From the moment we arrived at Burns Honda we were greeted by a receptionist who quickly found the salesman, Mike Di Biaso. Mike greeted us. Put us, and particularly my wife, at ease. We were considering a Civic, so Mike brought around a Civic and showed us through the vehicle explaining the features. We commented that the Civic seemed a bit small. Mike suggested looking at a few Accord models. We did. The Accord SE fit our requirements quite well. We then sat down with Mike to discuss price and options. Without overt pressure from Mike, we quickly agreed on price. Mike mentioned that our Accord could be prepped and delivered that afternoon! My wife liked the idea, so we we agreed to spend the extra time to accept delivery. Mike set up some preliminary paperwork, contacted our insurance company, and kept us informed of what was happening. While the paperwork was processing, Mike gave us a tour of of the Burns facility and introduced us to the service people. The place was very clean and orderly. We were then escorted to the final paperwork office. The women greeted us pleasantly, explained what we would be doing, and went about setting up the paperwork. Sorry that we can't recall her name but she was most courteous and efficient. Everything was accomplished in a businesslike manner. The Accord was delivered and Mike then carefully and pleasantly explained to my wife the car's features and controls in an easy to understand manner. The time of delivery was also the peak travel time in that area, so my wife did not want to drive her new Accord in the heavy traffic. Mike arranged for one of the Burns people to follow me home with the Accord. All went well. The young man who drove the Accord was also polite and from my observation, a good driver. We've bought many cars over the years, this was actually a pleasant, no hassle experience! More

This dealership was very professional and kept their word with everything we agreed on - no ridiculous haggeling. I told them what my offer was and we closed the deal. I got an excellent price for an excellent vehicle and enjoyed the whole process. It isn't often when you can say that about purchasing a car! More
The first time in my life I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle. The staff at Burns Honda Sales Manager Don Reed, Sales Pros Bill Bianco and Harry Cava were amazing. They are truly enjoyable and warm people who take the time to chat with you and get to know you and aren't just looking to take your money and run.
