After looking for a couple of months our taste changed in what we were looking for, all along Michael kept in touch with us via e-mail. After checking out several cars we decided to head over to Burns, where we had purchased a car previously. We were greeted on our arrival by Michael and he proceeded to show us the Civic were were now looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgable on the car and answered all of our questions. We didn't buy right away and Michael again kept in touch with us and when the deal felt right we bought the car. The whole process was overseen very professionally by Michael, while keeping us informed on what was going on. Before we left with our car Michael did a very complete explanation of all the features of the car. We left feeling very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. More
If there is an experience I dislike, it has to be the lengthy process to buy a new car. I have been a long-time Burns Honda customer and currently have three different hondas, all of which wre purchased lengthy process to buy a new car. I have been a long-time Burns Honda customer and currently have three different hondas, all of which wre purchased and serviced there. However, buying a new car is not something I like to do because it takes so much time. Mike Dibiaso made this experience today very pleasant. He was prepAred, understood what I wanted to have in a car, led me through the entire process in an organized, not intimidating manner. The credit manager was also very pleasant and did not force me to sit through lengthy discuissions of warranty options. He also understaood what I wanted to do and expedited the process. This was a positive experience for me because of Mike's undertsanding of what I wanted in a new car. I will come back to Mike when I need to replace another of my family's cars. Thanks for such fine service. Jerry Warner More
I am writing to offer my gratitude to the sales team at Burns, beginning and ending with Mr. Joey Nahama. From my first contact with Mr. Nahama, I knew I would be treated with respect. I was in the unfo Burns, beginning and ending with Mr. Joey Nahama. From my first contact with Mr. Nahama, I knew I would be treated with respect. I was in the unfortunate position of having to replace my 2002 Impala with very little notice. I knew that I’d have to put at least $2000 into it just to meet the inspection requirements this month. Having already sunk well over $10,000 into it over ten years, I had grown tired and frustrated. It was the third GM car I had owned and the second Chevy. Not one of them truly impressed me, but I was a product of a family who strove to “keep it local.” I had done research on three cars—the RAV-4, the Equinox, and the CRV—and solicited opinions from friends and family. Of the seven enthusiastic opinions I received, six were for Honda in general, three of which speaking highly of the CRV. Few had much to offer about Toyota, and the one strong vote for Chevy was a friend’s connection to a dealership (helpful, perhaps, for a good price, but speaking little about quality). After much independent research through Edmunds, I decided on the CRV. As a resident of Mt. Laurel, I knew I would go to Burns, so I called on Friday the 6th, reached Mr. Nahama, and made an appointment for Monday at noon. Before meeting Mr. Nahama, I decided to make a visit to Willis. I arrived at 9:00am and spent about 2½ hours with a salesman who admitted to “only doing this for five weeks.” After telling him I was initially interested in an LX, he insisted I drive an EX. I told him that I wanted firm numbers “out the door,” but I was not going to make a purchase on that day. After sitting at his computer for 20 minutes, he returned to tell me “there isn’t a single LX model in three states.” I also told him I wasn’t going to fill out a credit report that morning, and he was hesitant even to estimate a finance rate. He first begrudgingly offered me $1500 for the Impala, telling me he was “doing me a real favor.” He gave me a best-case rate estimate of 2.54%, and after I reiterated that I wanted my cost “out the door,” he quoted me a price for an EX of just over $26,000. It wasn’t until the general manager came over that I was given another $200 for the trade-in, and told that $26k price didn’t include taxes. I left. Walking into Burns at noon and being met by Mr. Nahama, I knew immediately that the tone of the deal would be different—honest, clear, and fair. I wanted Mr. Nahama to know that I basically had an offer on the table from Willis, albeit seemingly high. After only a few minutes discussing my needs and my means, Mr. Nahama let me know he would be able to provide a better package for less money. At no time did I feel the “sell” was hard. I believed that Mr. Nahama gave me credit for the research I had done, he spoke equally to me and my girlfriend, and he ensured that any questions would be answered completely. We walked the lot and settled on an LX model with AWD (something the Willis agent told me wasn’t available). My Impala was assessed, and the Willis offer of $1700 was matched (even though I did believe it was a high trade-in value). Once the paperwork was begun, the entire process was enjoyable and friendly. Mr. Nahama explained every step and left me with very few questions. My credit report came back (high, as expected), and although I was offered the 2.54 rate that Willis penciled-in, the MSRP for the car was less than the Willis quote. Even if I wasn’t saving more than a few hundred dollars on the total sale, the impression I got from Burns of the entire team—from reception to sales to finance and detailing—confirmed for me that it was the company I wanted to do business with (for this and future cars). When my new CRV was brought up, Mr. Nahama sat in the car with us, explaining all major features. He set up my phone, pointed out all the nooks and crannies, identified which books explained which details, and patiently answered our final questions. We drove away with the confidence that behind us sat a dealership that would be there for us for any reason. Later that evening, Mr. Nahama sent an email to ask if we were satisfied. Of course we were, and I thanked him greatly. We only met one member of Burns’ sales team that day, but if the others are half as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as Mr. Nahama, the dealership is truly earning its great reputation. It is difficult to be perfect, but Burns Honda gets close. From the salesman Eduard to Kristina in Finance, it was an overall pleasant experience.I got to test drive where I wanted, how I wanted, and most dealers have a set route or test area.We took two days, while I also compared the Insight to Ford and Hyundai. I recently had the car serviced, and the man said 75 minutes, and my car was ready in 75 minutes. A good dealer to visit. More

The test drive was laid out to show the capabilities of the vehicle and wasn't just a simple road test. For not knowing much about Honda's, I walked away with a thorough knowledge of the inspection program for Honda Certified cars. Ryan was easy to work with and very congenial. The process didn't take long at all and every effort was made to keep the process moving and to keep the customer comfortable. Price negotiations felt like dealing with friends instead of a car dealer which makes for a very pleasant experience. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I come across and I greatly appreciate the effort and professionalism of Ryan Suggs and his management team. More

My experience with Burns Honda was very positive. Being a woman going into a car dealership alone, I have experienced at other dealerships the attitude that they would rather deal with my husband.
