My wife and I went in to test drive a new Honda. We both have had bad experiences with dealers and were not looking forward to "dealing" with them. Burns Honda and especially Adam Wojnar were a pleasure to have had bad experiences with dealers and were not looking forward to "dealing" with them. I started the process through the internet to aviod spending the day going through changes with a salesperson at the dealership. It was great. I hope I get the same type of service when I bring my car in for maintenance and service. I contacted 3 dealers via internet and Burns was the most responsive, and I live in New York but made the trip to NJ to purchase my car. More
I would definitely recommend this dealership. The employee I worked with was very professional, extremely persistent and really interested in finding the car that would best suit my needs. I ended up purchasing a honda accord which I absolutely love, and trading in a honda crv which was 11 years old. I went to a lot of dealerships where the dealers were extremely pushy. I told Eduard I was just beginning my car search in February and needed some time to decide on a car. I came back in June and bought a new car. I would also like to note he should have a poster size picture of himself in the entrance of the Honda dealership for being so kind, persistent and professional! My mom and I, were there at night, and I told Eduard I was starving and he ran across route 73 to chick filet to get us dinner! (on him)! I would say he was determined to make a sale that night! More

I went to explore the possibility of leasing a Honda because my in-laws have owned Hondas for many decades. I left there with a Honda Accord Crosstour. The process was long, but Mr. Wells was very pro because my in-laws have owned Hondas for many decades. I left there with a Honda Accord Crosstour. I recently purchased a 2012 CR-V from Joey at Burns Honda. I usually find the major expense of a car purchase to be a very stressful decision, but Joey made it as painless as possible. Within minutes of my 1st visit, Joey took me on an informative test drive, showing me key aspects of the car and allowing me to explore the car's driving potential. (By comparison, another local Honda dealer in my area kept me waiting 40 minutes just to "put information in the computer" and locate a vehicle to use for a test drive). Joey immediately knew where the vehicle was, despite Burns Honda's large inventory. And, when we returned, he showed me all the available colors on actual cars, which I consider highly important when choosing a color since it is impossible to tell from looking on-line or in a brochure. Although I thoroughly research car models before coming in for a test drive, my decision to purchase usually takes 1 to 2 months to make a final decision. I explained to Joey that I was going to test drive a Rav 4 first. There was absolutely no pressure from him to "make a deal today," as had been the case with other dealers. Another advantage to Burns Honda is that they display car models in their showroom. I like being able to thoroughly look at a vehicle again, without the assistance of a salesperson. I came in to do so on a Saturday approximately 40 minutes before the showroom (adjacent to the service waiting area) officially opened. Joey came to work 30 minutes ahead of his start time, spotted me, instantly remembered my name, and a few minutes later was showing me the CR-V that had just come in with the colors I had chosen. Again, there was no pressure to make a decision when I still wanted to think about it for a few more days. I called Joey 2 days later to get a revised price quote, since initially their quote was slightly higher than the other dealer I had visited. He called me back a short time later with a better offer, and so I put down a deposit on the vehicle I wanted. He gave me all the pertinent information I needed to contact my insurance company and arrange for my credit union loan, and as usual, answered my many questions. On the day of delivery, the Burns Honda courtesy van picked me up from my home. Joey was waiting for me, and mentioned that the business office had found a lower interest rate than my credit union. Since evey little savings in finance charges is important to me, I was introduced to Nicole, the Business Manager. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and put me at ease, while promptly processing the new loan for me. She also discussed warranty options with me. After that, Joey spent a considerable amount of time showing me important vehicle features, making sure I was comfortable and knew how everything functioned, and he even set up the Bluetooth for my phone, programming in some numbers from my phonebook. I was absolutely amazed. I know for a fact that I would have never received this high level of service from their competitor. Later on delivery day, when I noticed a small paint defect on two of the door edges, I returned to Burns Honda. Joey immediately brought the car back to the service department. They said it was not something that could be buffed out, was the paint job, but not to worry because since it was not a scratch, it wouldn't rust. I'm still not happy about a paint defect on a brand new car, and will probably discuss it further with their Service department, but I was impressed that Joey tried to resolve the problem after the sale. Many salespeople do not go out of their way for you once you drive away, but Joey does. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, but he strives to put customer needs first, and really goes out of his way to make sure you are highly satisfied throughout the sales process and even after the delivery. I have since received follow-up phone calls from both Joey and Nicole to make sure I was satisfied and didn't have any further needs. I highly recommend Joey, Nicole, and Burns Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their customer service is absolutely superb, and I will definitely be back for my next car purchase. More
This is my second visit to Burns Honda. Several years ago I wanted to buy a Honda, but did not because of the pressure sales at Burns at that time. I wanted to buy one model, but the salesman tried to sell me another model. He involved the sales manager and the whole situation was so unpleasant. I left and went to the Saturn dealer. The salesman did not pressure and I left with a new car and stayed with the dealer until they closed. Well, I thought I would give Burns another try because several of my neighbors bought vehicles from the Burns dealerships. So, I went on the internet and left a message. Mike Dibiaso contacted me. I made an appointment for the following evening. I was impressed with his sales style. He was professional and did not pressure. He explained the process, explained the vehicle, and kept me informed. I will recommend Mike to my friends. I worked with Nicole McNamee on the paperwork and financing. She was very organized and the process was as quick and easy. It was a pleasure to work with her. I had gone to several dealerships before deciding on buying a Honda. Most of the other dealerships were typical salesmen trying to get you in any car before you left the dealership. At Burns, I worked with Adam Wojnar who could not have been nicer. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and very professional. The dealership from start to finish was fantastic. Being greeted at the front desk and calling the salesperson to come to the front was so much nicer than other dealerships where you are stalked outside from the second you pull into their lot. We got a great price on an EX, which I thought was out of my budget, but after running the numbers they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I would absolutely recommend the dealership to anyone buying a car and definitely would tell them to see Adam Wojnar who made this experience the best I've ever had!! More
