It is unfortunate we were not able to agree on terms when you were at our dealership. We do have a "we will not be undersold policy that in the event you are able to secure the vehicle at a price lower than the price we quoted we will service your car for free for routine maintenance for 2 years or 24,000 miles whichever comes first." The dealership is free to sell and price it's vehicles as it sees in the market place. Forgive us if we were not able to come to aggreement that makes consumer and business sense.

I am glad you were able to find a deal that you could be happy with. I also do appreciate the review. I appreciate all reviews good or bad. It allows me to address issues I may have with sales people or even other sales managers. It will untimately help us improve our process. We have strong roots in the community and with our customers. We truly try to please every customer we come in contact with. However it is impossible to please customers 100% of the time as it must make good sense for the consumer and business alike when a deal is made. As I said previously. Forgive us if we couldnt come to terms this one time. If you have purchased from Burns 4 times in the past Im sure we did some things right didnt we? I respect the fact that you are unhappy with Burns Honda or even The sales manager you worked with. I would also like another chance when you are in the market again. I am sure with some flexibility and reason we will do business. We typically won't let price be the only thing that stands in our way of doing business with our customers. especially a 4 time repeat customer. Again i appreciate the time you spent to write this comment and I am truly sorry you did not share in the experience that the majority of our customers do. At least with this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issue and your experience at this dealership. I am asking that you reconsider this review on our page. Dealerrater gives you the opportunity to update any review at any time.
