Prior to making the trek from PA, I called Burns Honda after hearing their ad on the radio and spoke with Tony Stone. He was so helpful and saved me a lot of leg work. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me some ballpark figures. When I went into the dealership, Tony couldn't be more gracious. He introduced me to Lee Wells, a member of his sales team, and told Lee that we had spoken and that I was a bit indecisive. So Lee took his time with me, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me at all. Neither gentlemen pressured me. This was so refreshing! When I finally decided upon the CRV, all the paper work was handled expediently, and Lee carefully schooled me on my new car. He even offered to program the radio for me. What excellent service! I am confident that if/when I should need service on my new Honda, I will be treated with the same respect. Everyone at the dealership was courteous. They seemed to be more concerned with my best interest than their own. That's the way to do business! I highly recommend Burns Honda. Ask for Tony Stone and Lee Wells ...and tell them I sent you! I have been a customer of Burns Honda for 15 years. I took my 2007 CRV (with 112k miles) in for service. Prior to that I was considering a 2012 and inquired via internet. When I took my car for service I test drove the 2012 CRV with Mitch. Mitch is extremely product knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He knew I was only looking and did not try to pressure me. Mitch and his manager (Tony) were great. Tony came over to introduce himself to me. Likewise, he knew I was only contemplating a new purchase and did not pressure me at all. Bottom line...I purchased the car from them that day. When my wife and I went to pick up the car 2 days later, we were running late and did not have a lot of time. Mitch and Brian Krykewyzc expedited the process. They understood our time constraint and were great. I highly recommend Mitch Shapiro. The fact that I am a repeat customer of Burns Honda for 15 years speaks for itself. More

I am a loyal Honda car owner and had previously purchased my last seven vehicles at the same dealership in north Jersey. I have now moved here to Marlton and,with some trepidation, decided to buy my new Hond my last seven vehicles at the same dealership in north Jersey. I have now moved here to Marlton and,with some trepidation, decided to buy my new Honda 2012 Civic at Burns Honda. I could not have been more pleased! Eduard Hanekom greeted me with a warm smile and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He was not only very friendly but also very patient as I made my choices and we scoured the lot on a blistering hot day. He explained all my options, made the process as easy as possible, and answered all my questions.He even helped transfer all my belongings from my previous car to the new one . Mike was good to us, except that he had to keep going to help other customers while we were there. Someone else should have been able to help them for Mike, so he could devote all of his time to us. Burns Honda made the process easy once we agreed upon a price. They were patient with me. This process took over a month and even though it took us a while to get a price that worked for me, I know that th price. They were patient with me. Mike D was a great salesperson. I've never had a more professional, organized salesperson. He acutally gave me a proper demonstration of the vehicle and knew all of the features and benefits of the Honda Odyssey. I look forward to buying my next vehicle from Burns. More
