Hands down, The WORST dealer experience I have ever had! Thanks to HARRY FISHER for wasting our time. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Mike. I have no reservations in recommending him to others. He was very responsive to our needs and did everything possible to meet our needs. I received a great deal from another Honda location, a deal I didn't think would be matched. However, when I contacted Mitch, he communicated with me quickly, and was able to match the price of the other deal I didn't think would be matched. However, when I contacted Mitch, he communicated with me quickly, and was able to match the price of the other dealer and was able to include some additional upgrades. The deal was quick, smooth, and went without a hitch. Burns Honda is a great location to buy with a very family/kid friendly atmosphere. I have 3 small children (all less than 3 at the time) and we were able to accommodate them in a play area while my wife and I sat with Mitch to go over the paperwork. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I thank Mitch for making it a great one. More

I asked many questions covering details on the car, the loan and additional warranty coverage. Both Mike and Nicole answered all of them with patience, courtesy, and knowledge. They were prompt in getting answers to my questions from other sources, when they did not know the answer themselves. Mike was very persistent on continuing to contact me at home prior to my visit to the showroom, and as you can see it paid off. I have been shopping for a new car for a few months now and have contacted dealerships at Ford, Toyota, and Honda. Mike was the only one to stay in touch and continually follow-up with me on my interest for a car. Now the result is clear. I am very ignorant to the new car purchase process, but my wife and I went through the process quickly and comfortably. Nicole added a very nice personal human touch to my wife and I during the paperwork process. We felt pretty special, and there is no doubt Nicole is a warm, caring, and sincere person. She knows her job very well. I definitely am recommending people we know to buy their cars from Burns Honda. On behalf, of my wife and myself we thank you again, and we will be back.
