I strongly recommend Burns Honda to any one looking for a new or used automobile. I bought my first Honda from Burns in Feb. 2011 - a new 2011 CRV. After working with them in service for the first year, as well as purchasing accessories, I decided to buy my 2nd car from them - 2012 Honda Pilot in Feb. 2012. The Pilot wasn't planned, but a fortunate opportunity to replace an aging minivan. The team at Burns made the decision easier with the best pricing in the region, not to mention the best service as well. Finding those two strengths at the same dealership is unique in this economy. From the professional sales and finance team of Michael Dibiaso and Brian K. (respectively), to the unparalleled service of Steve Jensen and Kirby Harms, I couldn't recommend Burns more to any used or new car buyer. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. This was my first experience with buying my own car and I couldn't have asked for a better dealership or a better sales representative. Mark Foley and Nicole McNamee made my car buying experience the best I have ever had.I was only thinking about buying a new car for my wife. I went on a site to see how much my trade in was worth and somehow Mark Foley got my info and called me. I told him I didn't think I could get a new car because of a previous financial issue. He was very sympathetic to my situation and informed me of the awesome pricing on the 2012 models. The next day I went to the dealership because it was the last day for the year end clearance not knowing whether I could get a new car or if I would go home with my old one. Mark made me feel like there was no doubt that I was going to get the car I wanted and treated me with respect. Later in the process when I met Nicole the process only got better. She worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was happy with everything and I was.She treated me like we were friends not like I was at a car dealer. I would recommend Burns Honda, Mark Foley,and Nicole McNamee to anyone looking to to purchase a vehicle and I will return to them whenever I am in the market for a car. More
Our experience of buying the car was very nice. Our salesman Eduard was very friendly and detail oriented. He explained all functions of every button in the car, he did not leave anything out. My husband and I walked into Burns Honda to learn more about the CR-V. We weren't really planning on buying a car that day. Eduard walked up to us after a moment and asked what brought us in. He proceeded to go over the details of the car and its options. He was friendly, warm, personable, and most of all, knowledgable. He was able to answer all of our questions about the car. Buying a car can be stressful, and there's often a lot of pressure involved. Eduard made it easy. We felt no pressure at all. The two things about him that impressed me most were that he spoke to me (not just my husband, as many car salesman do), and he remembered all the things we said to him during our test drive. When we decided to buy the car (he was such a good salesman that we bought the car, even though that had not been our original intention), he remembered all the details about our current car that we were trading in, like the mileage, year, and color. When I had to return to the dealership the next day, I had to wait a few minutes to sign some papers. Eduard sat with me and chatted a bit. He was just so nice and so professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda! More

Our discussions were informative and very open, including the dealer's motivation behind the current program. As a business owner myself, I appreciate the openness which, in the end, had no bearing on my final decision to lease from Burns. This is my second lease from Burns so I'm familiar with the dealership and very satisfied with my treatment and the services I've had performed. As I told Mike, I'll see you again in a couple of years. I'll also be a great promoter of your dealership. More
I had some credit issues, and Burns Honda was able to finance my 2012 Honda Accord,at a fairly decent rate. I had purchased two hondas in the past, from Burns Honda.....I think this is the best dealership around including any in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. In my opinion, they cannot be beat. Incidentally, I went to another dealership in Cherry Hill, and was told I would have to "pay the bank thousands of dollars to take my loan".....At Burns Honda, they deal above board, nothing like that. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, friends and family alike. More

Typical highway car dealership - says what’s necessary via phone/email to get you in the door but the numbers are not there when you show up. I gave them 3 shots at closing the deal in person, with title via phone/email to get you in the door but the numbers are not there when you show up. The aggressive price adjustments as discussed considering the arrivals of the 2013’s did not come to pass. I was advised I must find a 2012 in stock on the lot – which we did to receive the most aggressive pricing. After a month of trading emails and phone calls, Ed couldn’t even make himself available and I was shuffled off to another salesman who attempted to connect the dots but it is simply not my job to get him up to speed. The most laughable element of the entire experience was the “aggressive movement” being equal to $175. I had a better deal from one of their completing dealers a month previous before the 2013’s landed making this a full model year old. Really – this is what I wasted my time for guys? Next time be up front when you are conversing with customers and don’t make us take the time out of our days to get to your dealership to be treated as idiots. You will not find me at this dealership again or advising anyone else to consider them. More
