This is my 2nd Honda both from Burns. My first was a 2010 Accord which was a lease and now a 2012 Civic Si sedan which I bought. I had a great experience at Burns Honda. We were unsure what type of car to purchase and Mike was very patient and informative over email and in-person at the dealership. He was very helpful in explaining all of options available and what type of car would work best for our family. Before I left the dealership in my new car, he hooked up my Iphone to the bluetooth and made sure I understood all of the new functions of the car. Brian handled all of the financial aspects of the transaction and he was great as well. He was very patient and understanding when my two small children would interrupt the discussion. This is my second car purchase from Burns Honda. I had a really good experience the first time and the second time was even better. Mitch was very prompt in replying via the internet. He gave me a great price and delivered the car I wanted within a day. He made sure I understood the car and how all the features operated before I left the dealership. The customer service was excellent. I was made to feel very comfortable if I needed to call for any reason after the purchase was made. I had two kids with me at the dealership for three hours and they were so pre-occupied with the popcorn machine and computers you hardly knew they were there, which made the transaction so much easier. When it's time for a new car again, I'm definitely coming back. More
Prior to going to Burns, my daughter had her heart set on the Nissan Versa for years!! However the salespeople at the Nissan Dealership were so impolite, rude, didn't know their product well when we asked q the Nissan Versa for years!! However the salespeople at the Nissan Dealership were so impolite, rude, didn't know their product well when we asked questions, and then left us sitting in the middle of the showroom for over 15 minutes! We were so aggrevated that we left. We ket going down our list of dealerships and used car lots and cars she wanted to test drive. Next was Burns Honda. Meg and I were introduced to Mr. Ed Altman. Meg test drove the Honda Fit and loved it! Ed showed us all the cool features ~ we were sold. Ed Altman was so patient while I was searching for just the right vehicle for my daughter (color, price, etc.) who was in college during the process. She needed a used car for the summer to get to and from work as well as when she went back to Messiah College to do her off campus study. She test drove many vehicles during Spring Break and had the best experience with Ed Altman at Burns Honda and the Honda Fit. Ed kept telling me to wait for the time to draw near (one week prior for a used vehicle since inventory changes so frequently) and he would make sure she would be happy. Month by month, I would check the used inventory to see what was available, chat with the person that POPPED UP TO CHAT and so on. They kept telling me to check in with Ed. Ed kept reassuring me when late April/early May rolled around, he would look fast and furiously for Meaghan's car. He was right!!! He put her into a light blue Honda Fit and she loves it because there aren't that many of that shade on the road... she likes to be unique!! Thank you Ed for your patience with me over the past several months (this was new and very exciting for me). 1 down 3 to go!!! Mitch was extremely helpful in taking me on a test drive on two vehicles so that I could experience the difference between the V6 and the 4 cyclinder. He showed me several features of the vehicle including the navi system. Mitch made sure that they found the vehicle specifications I was looking for and got it delived to Burns Honda within a couple of days. After I took receipt of my vehicle, he reach out to me to see how things were going and if I had any questions. It was evident to me that he cared about me as a consumer and wanted to make sure th9at I was happy with my purchase. All the other employees that I met during this process were very attentive and courteus. I am looking forward to my continued relationship with the Burns Honda family and I will definitely recommend Burns Honda to my family and friends. More

After looking for a couple of months our taste changed in what we were looking for, all along Michael kept in touch with us via e-mail. After checking out several cars we decided to head over to Burns, where we had purchased a car previously. We were greeted on our arrival by Michael and he proceeded to show us the Civic were were now looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgable on the car and answered all of our questions. We didn't buy right away and Michael again kept in touch with us and when the deal felt right we bought the car. The whole process was overseen very professionally by Michael, while keeping us informed on what was going on. Before we left with our car Michael did a very complete explanation of all the features of the car. We left feeling very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. More
