(This had happened to me the last time I purchased a car elsewhere). Burns Honda as well as employees Adam Wjonar and Nicole McNamee were very welcoming and made my car purchasing experience smoother than I had ever anticipated. All of my concerns were taken seriously and all of my questions were answered directly, without any avoidance. Once the transaction was complete, Adam took his time showing me all of the great features that they had set up in my new car for me. I walked out of there knowing that I received a great deal on a great car and I would recommend Burns Honda in a heart beat. Thanks guys! More
Before buying a car, we researched what cars had a combination of safety, fuel economy, and affordability. From talking to many others, Honda Civics have always lasted a long time, are one of the safe combination of safety, fuel economy, and affordability. From talking to many others, Honda Civics have always lasted a long time, are one of the safest cars on the market, and get great mileage. We had had good experience with Burns Honda before, so went again and had a wonderful dealer Adam, who was a great salesman - friendly, honest, and professional, and gave us a price to match the lowest we had found at a competing location. If we are ever in the market for a new car (but who knows, because I've heard these Hondas last a long time!), we will definitely shop there again. More

Salesman Pressure'....then, I highly recommend you go to Burn's Honda in Marlton, New Jersey and ask for the Sales Professional,......Craig Pfeiffer! Mr. Pfeiffer is not only knowledgeable, from his years of experience with selling cars, but, his friendly and patient mannerism made my task with purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. He took the time to find me the 'exact' car, with all the features I wanted in it. Throughout the purchase process, Mr. Pfeiffer was there every step of the way.....answering any questions I had in regard to all the new technology features to following up with making sure the transaction with registering my car and handling the transfer of the tags was completed. Craig Pfeiffer, is the gentleman you want to assist you on your next vehicle purchase. He is an asset to Burns Honda dealership. Overall, my experience was a pleasant one. I received a decent trade-in value on my old Honda and they met my purchase price of my new purchase vehicle. Plus, the whole staff treated me as a 'Special Customer'; not just another customer. I, definitely, will recommend Burns Honda to my friends and this will be the dealership I will return for future Honda Accord purchases! Thank you, again. More
After initiating an internet search for Honda Odysseys I was first contacted by Mr. Altman at Burns Honda. He offered courteous, professional, and competitive assistance. I was later contacted by several was first contacted by Mr. Altman at Burns Honda. He offered courteous, professional, and competitive assistance. I was later contacted by several other dealerships. My questions to each dealer representative were answered in various ways, but none quite as clearly and directly as Mr. Altman's. He was not pushy, but responsive. When we spoke by phone, he was forthcoming. I narrowed my search to Burns and one other dealership. As it turned out, we decided to meet with Mr. Altman and we're not disappointed. He was able to meet our expectations and from all of my research, I believe we negotiated a very fair price with a minimum of angst. I would highly recommend contacting Mr. Altman in your search for a new or used Honda. Although I initiated my search via the internet, I never felt that I was receiving "cut and paste" replies from him, as I did from other dealers. Give he and Burns Honda a chance to work with you. In and out dealer every week over a month, phoned the manifacture, test drive with honda rep and service mans.been told lots of excuses.but they are on the same page:the car is fine even it's vibrating and jerking. Now after a year and half situation getting worse every day, really worried when riding with two smal children.normally I don't trash other people's business ,because I know how hard to build up a reputation.but I have to get this out.after 4 Hondas I'm done. Burns Honda is the first place you should go, when looking for a new or used car. I guarantee, it will be your first and LAST stop. They really work for YOU, and want to make it work. They want you looking for a new or used car. I guarantee, it will be your first and LAST stop. They really work for YOU, and want to make it work. They want you to leave with that new/used car that you've got your eye on. I've never been to a dealership where I felt so comfortable... No pushy people, no intimidation, no rushing. My sales person was very friendly and accommodating - He didn't try to put me in a car that I didn't want or like. He gave me time to look around and get a feel for what I really wanted. There are not many places like this anymore - I've been to dealerships where they're breathing down your neck and are trying to rush a sale. I never felt like that here. When it came to financing, Burns didn't make me feel inferior. My credit wasn't AWFUL, but it wasn't PERFECT. Burns worked the numbers for me and did what they had to do to make it work. I was so grateful for that... and not used to it. A few years back, I went to a dealership where the sales person didn't even ATTEMPT to see what they could work out for me. That was the first time, a sales person ever let me just walk right out the door, without trying to help me. I'm already recommending Burns Honda to everyone I know... I can't imagine I'd buy another vehicle anywhere else. More
