I have problems with my legs and Ed Altman took the time to see I was able to get in the car and move around the office easily. I would definitely recommend Ed to any one who asks. I wanted to trade-in my 201 8/2/14 - This is my fourth Honda. I had the pleasure of working with the Internet Sales Team again in making my purchase. I wanted to trade-in my 2012 Accord for a CRV. When I purchased my 2012 Accord Mike Dibiaso and Nicole McNamee worked hard to make sure I was happy with the Accord. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Covello because Mike Dibiaso is now Internet Sales Manager. Mike Covello was great. He knew what I could and could not afford and the 2014 CRV 5 DR AWD "Twilight Blue" car was what purchased. My car's name is "Twila Blue". Mike explained all the gadgets on the inside and the well built engineering on the insides of the car. I'm still learning how to set-up my iPhone and Bluetooth capabilities. Nicole McNamee has worked now on 3 purchases with me. She is very professional and down-to-earth. She knew what I could afford and what extra things I needed to make my new car safe and custom-fit for me. My two Mikes and Nicole made this purchase so easy.
