We have purchased new and used from Burns and also used for service for many years. Quality dealership. Service is uniformly excellent. Just bought used CRV through Craig Pfeiffer. I've purchased eight new cars since marrage in 1961. I've had some very bad experiences. Honestly- I had fun dealing with Burns. They were very concerned for my satisfaction. Ed Altman was wonderful to work with. He quoted me an unbelievably competitive internet price for my Honda CRV, so I decided to go in to get more details and to test drive the car. I was also consider a unbelievably competitive internet price for my Honda CRV, so I decided to go in to get more details and to test drive the car. I was also consider an Accord. Ed did a fantastic job explaining the different features between the two cars and allowed for me to test drive them both to see which one I felt more comfortable driving. More importantly, I didn't have to do any negotiating because the price was already unbelievable. I really liked that Ed was genuinely personable and had a great sense of humor, which made working with him enjoyable. He let me take my time to decide which car I was more interested in and whether or not I truly wanted to make a purchase that day. Needless to say, I'm a very happy owner of a Honda CRV. Mel G. in finance was also fantastic. He helped me to save money by being very honest about which add-ons would be worth it for me, based on my needs. I was surprised to see him cross things off the list of additional add-ons. I would definitely return back to Burns Honda for a future purchase. More
Eduard Hanekom was my salesman, and he was beyond excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely well-organized. He was extremely thorough and patient, and stayed with me to go over the features until 10:00 p.m. I believe that you can always tell when an person is enthusiatic about their job, and it really shows with Eduard because he cares about his clients and you can immediately see that when dealing with him. I will definitely refer everyone that I know to Eduard because of his excellent, excellent service and his kindness. Eduard has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Eduard called me the next day to follow up and see if I had any questions about the vehicle. I am extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from him. Burns Honda is lucky to have an employee like Eduard. Without a doubt, Eduard Hanekom is a HUGE asset to Burns Honda. On Tuesday, July 2, 2013, It started out with a telephone call to Rob Regan, who has been my service advisor for over 9 years (I have purchased 3 odysseys and 3 Accords), to let him know that I was intereste call to Rob Regan, who has been my service advisor for over 9 years (I have purchased 3 odysseys and 3 Accords), to let him know that I was interested in getting a car for my daughter and who can he recommend to assist me. He said I will receive a call back from Joey Nahama in the next 15 minutes. Well, it was actually 5 minutes (WOW) and Joey Nahama is outstanding. This was a telephone inquiry about 1) leasing versus purchasing, 2) pricing of each vehicle and 3) options on who's name can go on the vehicle. Well, after taking the time to explain everything, getting information for me & my father, running our credit, selecting a car/color/equipment details, within 2 hours, I was an owner of a Honda Civic. On Wednesday, July 3rd, I came in with my Daughter, thanked Rob Regan, put the face to the name of Joey Nahama, who reviewed everything with me once again, and then met with Rob Polett, Business Manager, to sign-off on all documents. Joey then escorted us to the 2013 Honda Civic, took the time to show my daughter what the car is equipped with as well as programming the Bluetooth, and then sent her on her way. This was a WOW moment...Thank you so much Joey for making this such a smooth process - truly an honor and pleasure!!!
