This was my first time purchasing a car at Burns Honda. I purchased my '13 accord during the Labor day period. My saler person was Mark Foley. I bought the car at the price we agreed upon. The whole process of buying was smooth. Nicole was my finance manager. It took 5-10 mins to sign all the papers. I left very satisfied with my sales person Mark & the whole staff. I hope to come back again. More

I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic SI used my sales person was Harry Cava who provided exceptional service and answered all of my questions and did not rush the sale. The finance manger Raymond Kollman was also very pleasant and took time to answer all the questions that come with this type of purchase and financial commitment. During the first two days of owning my new car I discovered a slash in my tire. I called Burns and spoke with Don Reed who said bring the car in so I did. I was greeted by Harry Cava and pleasantly surprised when I was told they have a tire coming down from the main shop and that it would be installed and I would be on my way. Over a four-week span I researched cars online, and visited 20 dealerships in person, in NJ and PA. At some dealers the sales staff didn't seem interested in us, and tried getting us to lease or buy new. Test-driving a car on a shared "test track" at one large dealership was terrible. Some places made us meet the sales manager before we could finally leave. After visiting so many dealerships, I can say that Burns Honda TREATS YOU WELL -- far better than most of the others -- and so I returned to Burns. From the pleasant "greeter" who met us outside, to the closing paperwork with Ray Kollman, we never felt rushed, pressured, or deceived by anyone at Burns. Harry Fisher gave us time, showed us what we asked for, and kept in touch. Their used inventory was large, with frequent new arrivals. Cars were cleaned and prepped well, and none that we tested were smokey. Harry even let me have my mechanic check over the car before deciding on it. I felt more confident and comfortable at Burns Honda that at any of those other dealerships, and that's why I wanted to end our search here. We found the right car, at a fair price, from good people who deserved our business. More

I was also considering a LX Civic; Ed explained very detailed for the different features between the two models. Ed Altman was wonderful to work with. He made all the discussion and decision making process easy for me. I am happy that I could settle this new car purchasing quickly. Ed was very thoughtful; he also helped to set up many cool technology features and navigated me step –by-step for some important start features. Thanks to Ed Altman and Burns Honda for all the wonderful purchasing experience!!! I had several new car purchasing experiences over the past several years. Ed is the Best Sales Associates I ever worked with. I saw so many awards in his office in acknowledging his excellent services.
