My latest experience was this past February 2015 and I had my usual sense of high anxiety, but, mu I've been leasing cars from Burns Honda since 1999! My latest experience was this past February 2015 and I had my usual sense of high anxiety, but, much to my surprise the process was half the time normally required to meet, discuss, paperwork, shake hands and drive off in our new 2015 Honda Accord - all due to our new guy: Duy Troung, and a supporting class of good financial people. Duy is an ace of a guy, knowledgeable and techy smart, and, I might add, a very respectful young man. 5 Stars for Duy and Burns! More

All I wanted to know was the going price of the 2015 Accord EX-L models, including dealer and manufacturer incentives. The sales person (who said he was new) used every conceivable method NOT to tell me the price, including bringing his sales manager over to stall. More over, he insisted I provide my phone number - despite me telling him I did NOT want any calls from anyone at the dealership. (To which he said that it would only be him calling. And that is better, how???) It's a shame, because Honda makes a great car. If you want to buy one in South Jersey, avoid Burns!!! More

Safety and reliability continue to be a top concern for my family and I. My daughter and I test drove the Civic, the Accord and the CR- V.
