This fact says a lot for Burns Honda! We decided to trade in out Honda Odyssey that had served us well for 10 yrs and 90k miles since we purchased it from Burns. We came home with a new CRV, without that did they win question in our minds. Ed Altman and Michael Dibiaso listened to our needs and made things easy for us to make a decision. All around an excellent buying experience. More

Mark Foley was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure, as was Nicole in the business office, and the price was better than we'd seen anywhere including from the car buying service on Consumer Reports. I'd definitely recommend the internet sales route, (and the Odyssey, it's a great vehicle... like driving a spaceship!) More

He was patient and addresses all our questions and made our decision easy. We used the internet sales option offered by Burns. It was quick and to the point. First time Experience was terrible! (Service Dept.) I was recently was alerted online by Honda North America stating I have an open recall on my vehicle. On the phone with H.N.A. the rep. pulled up the I was recently was alerted online by Honda North America stating I have an open recall on my vehicle. On the phone with H.N.A. the rep. pulled up the closest Dealer to me (Atco, N.J.) which was Burns Honda. The open recall which I still have not got resolved is 2001-2002 Accord Driver Airbag. Normally I deal with Turnersville Auto mall but since my parents speak highly of their great experience in sales with Rick I figured I give them a shot. I called in and made an appt. for 06/13/2014(FRI) @ 3:00pm. (The female who made the apt was very nice and gave very clear direction as to where to go when I came in on that day considering it was my first time.) On 6-13-2014 I arrived at the dealer this is when Matt in service started to ask what could he help with when the male who was to his right to him chimed in. I told them both I was here for an open recall on the driver airbag. They were almost turning me away stating this was a five hour job. After telling them I was going to pick up my accord on 06-14-14(SAT) they said that was fine it would be done in the morning. According to Burns Honda website hours the service dept. was open until 9:00pm and would reopen at 7:00am the following morning. On 6-14-2014 I called the dealer at 10:25am the operator connected me to my “service advisor” who was now Corey. I told Corey I was calling to check the status of my vehicle. He replied “You stated when I dropped off the car I said I would pick it up at 5pm” which was not true. Then Corey told me he would call me back in five minutes he was going to see what is going on with my car. After waiting with no call back I called myself once again I got Debbie who was very quick to get Corey back on the phone to tell me at now almost 11am (with having my car for 11 business hour on a 5 hour job) Corey tells me my vehicle is untouched. I told Corey do not touch it I was coming to get it, then his response was “would you like me to rush it through now?” As you can assume I immediately turned that down who wants a rushed job done to their vehicle after having it 11 business hours for a 5 hour job. I am 150 % sure I will not be returning to Burns Honda of Marlton, N.J. I rather drive the few extra miles to Honda of Turnersville where I have always had a positive experience. More

Unlike other dealers, this one gave us email quotes rather than verbal responses to our inquiries. There was no attempt to back away from the quote. The extra costs (taxes, documentation fees, etc.) were understandable and acceptable It has been ten years since we had bought a car, we initially dreaded this experience, expecting to be stuck with bargaining over items that had little value to us. Instead, we found a straight speaking dealer representative who did not engage in the double-talk we were expecting. One of the positive factors was that the quotes were very close to what the on-line sites that discussed car pricing told us were reasonable. We would like to also express our thanks to the financial officer who obtained a favorable loan rate for us and who found discounts that were available to us for the maintenance agreement. His discussion about the vulnerabilities of the electronics in this and nearly all modern vehicles was both low key and persuasive. While we know that there is an imperative to sell, we also felt that our interests were a major part of his efforts. More

After receiving prices from about 5 different After doing lots of research on the internet-I narrowed my new car search to a 2014 Honda CRV EX-l AWD. After receiving prices from about 5 different dealerships, I took the best one from a dealership in Philly, and presented it to Ron Marchesani, whom I had gone back and forth with. He was able to match the price, no haggling, and saved me a trip elsewhere. Ron is very personable and knowledgeable. I felt confident dealing with him and I liked him, he treated me as a customer but also as a friend. The finance paperwork was handled by Nicole McNamee, whom I found very personable and friendly as well- Mike DiBiasi,one of the Mgrs was there if any problems arose-He was good as well. Overall I would highly recommend Burns Honda More

Thinking I would only be able to afford a used car, Adam Wojnar proved me wrong. In a matter of a few minutes he had me set on a brand new 2013 vehicle that would perfectly fit into my budget. That following day I was driving off the lot in my first brand new car. Adam and finance director Mel Gutierrez made the entire process of buying my car so seamless, easy, and most importantly, fast. At no point did I ever feel pressured into making my decision. I would, and already have, recommended any one who I know that is looking for a new car to consult Adam first.
