Another dishonest dealer I was shown one price during negotiations and charged full sticker price at signing. i wanted a 36 month lease and was given a 39 month lease...my fau I was shown one price during negotiations and charged full sticker price at signing. i wanted a 36 month lease and was given a 39 month lease...my fault . I should have double checked but the buying process is so exhausting i just wanted it over and didn't look closely . I hope there are better buying options by the time my lease is over. Don't ever buy a car the first time you go in . Go home and look at what they say they are offering. Go to more then one place even if you bought there before. They are not loyal so neither should you be. In my opinion if you are recurring customer you deserve the best deal they can give you. not what ever they can sneak past you. I feel slimmed and can't even enjoy my new car because I over paid .I tried to get an internet price from them they were uncooperative they just want to get you in the dealership so they can con you into the highest price More

Presented all of the facts about the car to me in a very straight-forward way and gave me the best possible deal as a first purchase. This was my first car purchase and Joey made it a great one. He was very patient and thorough with the details I desired to know about my car of interest. I would definitely recommend Burns Honda to family, friends and whomever else and especially Mr. Nahama. A total nightmare. I really want to be able to write an excellent review of Burns Honda, because, in the past, they helped me with a used Honda Accord we bought for my d I really want to be able to write an excellent review of Burns Honda, because, in the past, they helped me with a used Honda Accord we bought for my daughter. In January, 2016, I purchased a Honda Civic Touring from a young, personable man in the Marlton location. I should have bought the car at Turnersville, because I got an internet price from Honda of Turnersville and told the salesman I would buy the car at Burns if he matched the price. He said the Honda Civic Touring was a premium automobile and they would not match the price. Luckily, he quickly assessed that he had made a strategic mistake and got his manager involved. The sales manager quickly told me they would, in fact match Turnersville's written quote. I in turn, purchased a 100,000 mile Honda Car Warranty, some stupid glass etching product (for which I never got the documentation) and avoided some other aftermarket up-sells. I will say the Business Manager/rep (Bill Bianco) who handled my sale was excellent. He was honest, efficient and knowledgeable. It is now six months later, and I am stuck with one of Honda's biggest problems in years, the Infotainment module in the 2016 Honda Touring. The unit, which is basically an Android tablet (from the research I have done), is prone to malfunctions so much that in every review its functionality is mentioned. The problem is known to Honda and I was stupid because I trusted the reputation of the dealership. The unit is prone to lockup--it will lose functionality. Some say it is related to the remote starter, some others say that Android Car Play causes issues....the basic fact is Honda designed the climate control, the enhanced safety features-the radio/IPHONE/satellite radio features all around this tablet. It is so bad, I would be embarrassed to sell this unit. In the past week, the radio locked up twice and the speakers (specifically the 450W subwoofer) developed a rattle or a sound that sounds like it is fractured. Of course it is intermittent No worries, I checked the internet, and sure enough other Civic Touring owners have the same problem. I have taken the car back to Burns three times for this problem and each time I get this look from my service manager that I am half-crazy. As the consumer, I at least get the feeling that the Service Manager doesn't care one bit if he fixes the problems or not. That feeling is why I am posting this review. Today, I asked to know when I could speak to a Honda representative. He basically told me that I couldn't. I went up front to Happy Sales Land and asked where the General Manager of the Dealership might be. The salesman acted like I was speaking Portuguese (no disrespect to the Portuguese language or people)......Sales Manager? Really? You want to talk to someone who might care about the customer experience? What a ridiculous idea. . So one last illustration of the ambivalence of staff to customer's needs. I saw the Courtesy Shuttle and approached the Driver. He said he would talk to his boss, but he would be happy to take me to Berlin NJ (8.5 miles from the dealership--I know, because I ended up taking UBER). He was animated, courteous and almost left me with the impression that someone at Burns cares about the Customer Experience. Oops....so wrong. 2 minutes later, a young man, clearly a supervisor (he had a radio, lol). Instead of saying you are probably not familiar with our System, but normally your Service Representative coordinates your courtesy transportation......He basically said, go find your Service Rep and get checked in. Nice. A perfect ending to a perfect Customer Experience. More
Best service around - not your typical salesman approach There is no question as to where I would go to lease my first car - Burns Honda is a unique dealership that truly cares about the person who will be d There is no question as to where I would go to lease my first car - Burns Honda is a unique dealership that truly cares about the person who will be driving the car. Back in 2010 my family leased (and then purchased) a Civic from Joey Nahama; then in 2011 my grandmother purchased a used CR-V also from Joey. When it came time to get my own car (first as a professional) I knew I would go with Honda. Everyone who I interacted with at Burns was courteous, genuine, and informative; Joey took the time to show me different options, explaining why he believed I would be happiest with CR-V. As a recent graduate, the programs are very helpful and made my decision to choose Burns Honda that much easier. Bill took his time to explain all of the finance options and never came across as if he was going through a "standard pitch." From start to finish I will continue to recommend Burns Honda to friends and family. More
Bad Service or should I say NO SERVICE Had an appointment for 7:30 AM today to have my 2015 Honda pilot checked out as it is squeaking when I drive on unsmooth surfaces. Upon arrival, I Had an appointment for 7:30 AM today to have my 2015 Honda pilot checked out as it is squeaking when I drive on unsmooth surfaces. Upon arrival, I was advised by Matt that it would be a couple of hours for someone to check out my vehicle. After 3 hours waiting and my car still sitting in the same location waiting to be diagnosed, I questioned Matt how much longer do I have to wait. He advised to give him another 15 minutes. Well, about 45 later, still nothing. He tried to call the service manager and he did not answer. At this point, ( 4 hours later, no service, lies, etc., ), I decided to take my car and leave. Very frustrating and very poor handling of customer. Why give an appointment in the first place ?????? Jim DeFrancesco More
