Pleasant Suprise Purchasing A Used Vehicle At The Dealership I recently was searching for a used vehicle to replace my son's vehicle that was totaled in an accident. I saw a listing for a 2007 Ford Focus online I recently was searching for a used vehicle to replace my son's vehicle that was totaled in an accident. I saw a listing for a 2007 Ford Focus online and even though I felt it may be out of my price range, I decided to take a look at it anyway. Upon arrival at the dealership I met with Pete Siciliano. Pete was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He took me out to test drive the vehicle and I was impressed in his overall knowledge of the vehicle. I drove the vehicle for several miles and Pete was quick to keep telling me to drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership I was very forthright in telling Pete a price that I could pay for the vehicle and was expecting a quick reply by him that he would not be able to sell the vehicle for that price. He returned with the manager (very quickly) and I was absolutely astonished that they would sell the car at the price I could afford. What, no back and forth, no elevation in my blood pressure, no typical aggravation that I have dealt with so many other times at various other dealerships? Wow, this was about as laid back of an experience that I ever have been involved in with a dealership! While I waited for paperwork to be prepared for the sale, I was offered coffee and I spent my time talking not just with Pete, but other sales representatives that worked there with each one being just as pleasant as the other. I wish all car dealerships could operate the way this one does. Even though I live over an hour away from the dealership, I will be quick to recommend them to both friends and family and if I am ever in the position of looking for another vehicle, I will certainly come back to Burns. Thanks again to Pete and the rest of the staff at Burns Honda. Awesome job ladies and gentlemen! More

From the first email I sent regarding my interest in a 2015 Honda Pilot to me driving out of the dealership was so simple and enjoyable. I received a prompt email response about the inquiry and was contacted by phone shortly after by Phil in the internet department. Phil encouraged me to come visit the dealership and take a look around at what they had to offer. I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk who promptly reached out to Phil. Phil send Ron Marchesani over to greet me and we began the process. Ron made me feel very welcome while asking questions to help uncover my needs and what I had in mind in regards to a vehicle, purchase vs. lease, payments, etc. My experience with Ron was second to none. Did not feel like I was buying a car. More like having a conversation with a friend! The building was filled with smiles and Phil checked up on me to make sure Ron was taking care of me. Ron's explanations of the vehicle, the process, and pretty much everything else was spot on! Will definitely recommend Burns Honda to EVERYONE who is looking for a GREAT car buying experience! More

Ron Marchesani was very professional and understood what I was looking for. No pushing for sale, but very patiently searching for the color of my preference. He really put the customer's needs as his priority and is a trustful sales person. I would definitely go to him again if I need to buy another Honda Car. More

I wish I would have come here a lot sooner and I expect my next Honda will be a Burns Honda. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and I found dealing with Mark Foley to be a pleasant experience. I like Mark and will send friends his way if they are looking for a good deal on a new Honda. More

DO NOT Purchase any vehicles here! Do not purchase any vehicles from this dealership. In November I purchased a used vehicle which I absolutely was very excited to purchase. This vehicle had everything I was looking for a vehicle to have done to it. I did notice that the motor had work done to it and I was informed that their was a brand new motor put in in August of 2014. I asked if their was paper work for the motor and they said yes. I asked to see the paper work and they said they would get it for me. I still have not seen the paper work. They also told me the new motor had a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I asked if it was transferable and the manager said Yes. It also has a 2 year or 100,000 mile power trained warranty and a 128 point check car fax guarantee. They told me the vehicle had been checked through their shop and that everything was fine. I then took the vehicle to my mechanic to get checked out and was told it needed a part/repair which needs to be repaired in order to use 4 wheel drive. The estimate for the repair was around 500 dollars. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and asked them to take 500 dollars off of the asking price because of the repair it needed. They said they will put it back through their shop to have it checked out and that they will get back to me to let me know. Days past and they never got back to me. I called them they said their shop said the repair doesn't affect the driving of the vehicle and that they would not budge on the price. A couple weeks go by and I noticed the vehicle still for sale and that they dropped the vehicle by around 280. I called once again and put an offer in and they accepted the offer. I purchased the vehicle and I really love the vehicle. I had two things on the IOU and the paper work for the new motor. I have yet to see either one of those. I also took the vehicle back to my mechanic and I got the part installed. While installing the part( which was a U Joint) my mechanic noticed it also needed a front driver side axle which is not noticeable until the front rear is pulled apart. That night after my mechanic told me this I went to the mechanics shop and he showed me the axle. I then left the mechanic and went to the dealership and informed them and the manager and the service manager both stated to me that the axle is covered under the warranty and that he would talk to the general manager the next day and then call me. That night the manager gave me the warranty company number I contacted them and the warranty company told me the dealer is responsible for the first 30 days. 2 days went by I received no call from the dealership so I called them once again. I had to have the vehicle fixed because it was holding the mechanic shop up. My mechanic faxed the dealership my invoice for the repair. I called the dealership after they received the invoice. I have never been treated more rudely by managers who should be acting professional. I am very upset and am considering getting an attorney. Please take my advice and stay clear of Burns in Marlton! I cannot believe how Burns dealership could treat their customers so unprofessionally. I still to this day am getting no return phone calls from this dealership after a month and a half, I still have not got items on the IOU. If you are looking for a new car don't waste your time at this dealership go somewhere with professionals who care about their customers. More
