Not only did he get me the car I wantted he worked with me to get to the price I could afford. I went to every major car dealer and no one wanted to work with me, but Ed Altman and Micheal Dibiaso got me the 2015 accord v6 for the best price anyone can get. Thank you Ed and Mike More
Fair for sales terrible for paperwork I live in Philadelphia, but needed a CRV quickly for my handicapped child's scooter Burns had the right car on the right date so I bought it in New J I live in Philadelphia, but needed a CRV quickly for my handicapped child's scooter Burns had the right car on the right date so I bought it in New Jersey. I bought a Volvo in New Jersey 10 years ago with no problems. This time the registration arrived 10 days after the temporary license expired (we didn't even change the tags from our trade-in. I was not told that I needed a PA inspection. Maybe I should have known, but I got a ticket for not having the temporary one. Volvo had helped when we bought it in the past. All Burns said was you should have gotten the inspection. Will never buy from them again Salesman was nice, but he or other staff should have mentioned the inspection and sent registration sooner. More

My bank took six days to get the certified check to the dealership, by the entire staff at the dealership was extremely understanding. They took my car off the lot and after the third day of deing with the bank, agreed to let me take it home while we waited on the check. My bank was cometely at fault for the issue, but my salesman, Jim and his boss, Matt understood and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Honda. More

I never felt pressured at any time during the process from start to finish and he was patient with me even when I was 'just browsing' the inventory on my first visit. I received a fair price, as promised, without any false promises just to get me into the dealership. I contacted other dealerships for comparison, and was not treated nearly as well or as fairly. The product itself, the 2015 CRV, is excellent and there are many places you can go within the region to buy a car. I chose this one for the above reasons and I recommend you do the same. A++ More

Service on my civic Corey in the service department took great care of my car. I had to bring in my civic for a recall. Typically my husband performs work on my cars but Corey in the service department took great care of my car. I had to bring in my civic for a recall. Typically my husband performs work on my cars but Honda had to perform the recall work. While she was in there I also had my maintenance oil change done. I usually leave Honda frustrated but Corey was friendly, pleasant and connsiderate. Thanks Corey for getting me out of there before the snow hit, as requested, and for taking good care of my car! Good and snowy On Saturday, 2/21/15, we pulled up to Burns Honda. The sun was out and we met with Ron Marchesani, test drove a Honda CRV ( impressive ), sat down and talked turkey as the snow was falling at a steady pace. By that time, we also met with Mike DiBiaso, and Brian K and after a bit of arm wrestling we bought the CRV the color and options I had chosen. After two days, I'm getting to know it and like it more. It is taking me some time to get used to all the features but Ron reassured me he'd help me if I needed help. The weather hasn't been cooperating enough for me to sit outside and fiddle around but I'm reading the manual. Thank you Burns Honda! More
