The negotiation was stress free and we left feeling we got a fair price. Only a 4 star because it took a month and 2 phone calls to get the new registration from Burns. I'm not sure if this process just takes a super long time or someone on the admin side dropped by the ball. More

Chris was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the car when we took it for a test drive. Between loving how the car drove and Chris's knowledge of the car's functions and features, I knew I wanted to try to make a deal. I was in a less than favorable situation with my trade in, but Chris worked with me and we were able to come to good terms on a lease. I could not be happier with my new Civic and would highly recommend anyone to go and talk with Chris to get into a new car! More
