The negotiations were painless and everyone at Burns bent over backwards for us. They even had to send an employee to another dealer for the color I wanted and smiled and said no problem. My wife and I spent an exhausting day going to different dealership, but Burns Honda was the only one that really showed they wanted to make the deal happen. Bruce Horner was very helpful, and while I didn't get to exactly where I wanted to be--probably because of unrealistic expectations--I definitely left feeling satisfied that I had received the best serivce possible. All I wanted to know was the going price of the 2015 Accord EX-L models, including dealer and manufacturer incentives. The sales person (who said he was new) used every conceivable method NOT to tell me the price, including bringing his sales manager over to stall. More over, he insisted I provide my phone number - despite me telling him I did NOT want any calls from anyone at the dealership. (To which he said that it would only be him calling. And that is better, how???) It's a shame, because Honda makes a great car. If you want to buy one in South Jersey, avoid Burns!!! More

He was helpful, informative and very accommodating of my time constraints. I went back to Burns Honda and Mr. Marchesani this week to lease a car for my daughter. Safety and reliability continue to be a top concern for my family and I. My daughter and I test drove the Civic, the Accord and the CR- V. Mr. Marchesani answered all our questions, helping us decide which vehicle would meet our family needs best. The experience was professional and efficient. My daughter and I are very happy with the CR-V and the attentive and informative manner of Mr. Marchesani and Burns Honda. More

Most notable was the care and consideration given me during the selection process. I'm 77 years old so figure I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime. Never, ever, has any salesman been so attentive. When we transferred the items from my old car to the new car he personally transferred my E-Z Pass, garage door openers (mine and My daughters) and personal items to my new car in the exact same positions they were in my old one. In today's world, people who extend themselves to that degree are a very rare commodity. I left smiling, am smiling today, and have a feeling this smile won't fade for a long time. Of course, I should add that I am a former Burns Honda customer, service department included, so I have become very used to being spoiled. More

I went in just to get information on how to do about a trade for my lease, and left with a 2nd leased car! The experience with Adam (Sales) was just awesome. No stress, no haggling, just answered questions and the ability to get me into something else that was efficient, cost effective and BRAND NEW! Doing the paper work with Nicole is a treat. She even remember me from almost 2 years ago, not by name per say, but she made me feel so welcome for a 2nd time. Great experience, so great that I will be going back to trade my 1st lease in by the end of the year and hopefully getting my 3rd car from Burns. I was happy with my 1st transaction and even more pleased with my 2nd. Your customer service is superb! More

I have been going to Burns Honda since the start because they have a friendly sales staff and outstanding customer loyalty. My sales associate this time was Ron Marchesani, and he did not disappoint. I went in with my 2012 Honda Civic at 10:30am and left with a new 2015 Civic around 1:30pm. We came to a deal and got all of my paperwork, insurance, payoff, and sales transaction completed with time to enjoy the rest of my Saturday. Thanks Ron and the rest of the team at Burns Honda, see you in December for my wife's Civic. More
