Everyone dreads "the dance" of the car buying experience, but Ed Altman and the whole Burns team made this a completely stress-free, hassle-free purchase with no hard sell, no games, just friendly, excellent bottom-line pricing and service. Excellent salesman and great customer service I was looking for Honda Civic with CVT and was dealing with couple of dealership near my residence. Drove 50 miles to Burns Honda to purchase the vehi I was looking for Honda Civic with CVT and was dealing with couple of dealership near my residence. Drove 50 miles to Burns Honda to purchase the vehicle because of Mr. Ed Altman. He was so polite ,knowledgeable and prompt to answer all my queries with precise information requested. At times even rude questions were replied with positive answers. All the queries were addressed through e mail communication.Unofficial deal was done on email and nothing changed when we reached the dealership.The requested car and all the documents were kept ready to sign. The financing formalities was excellently handled and got the approval in very short time. Excellent sales person and great customer service. Impressive dealership facility.We as a family were very impressed by Ms Nicole McNamee during the final documents signing. Despite living less than 5-miles from a Honda dealership, I knew the only dealership that I would entrust with my business was Burns Honda in Marlton, New Jersey, a 50-minute drive from my home. My beloved Civic was purchased at Burns in 1998, as was my Accord in 2000. The staff at Burns Honda were then, and still are, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure a satisfied customer. The negotiations are always candid, forthright and uncomplicated. Ultimately, on July 3, 2015, I traded both the Civic and the Accord for a new CRV. I am very pleased with my purchase and I know that I received exceptional customer service from Linda Davey in Sales and Bill Bianco in Finance. Would I purchase another vehicle from Burns Honda? Yes, in a heartbeat because of trustworthiness that has been earned. Would I consider purchasing a vehicle from any other dealeship? Unequivocally, No -- I would rather disembowell myself with a rusty knife than to subject myself to the dishonesty, misrepresentations of truth and devious practices that are encouraged at some dealerships and that I have been subjected to prior to 1998. The best car buying experience you will have. I am writing to let you know of the exceptional experience that I had purchasing my recent vehicle through Burns Honda. From the start, David Kull ca I am writing to let you know of the exceptional experience that I had purchasing my recent vehicle through Burns Honda. From the start, David Kull came across to me as a very honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and detail oriented person. As I got to know him, all of these traits were more than accurate and my experience far exceeded any other buying experience that I have encountered in a major purchase. I worked in sales for 10 years and recently moved on to Project Management, so I know how the game can be played and how the game SHOULD be played. Not once EVER did I feel that I was being “sold” or pushed towards on option that would not be my best fit. David was able to take my aesthetic and budgetary needs while producing a few options that fit perfect within my criteria. After narrowing down the selections, we moved on to the “close”. David and the management staff were able to work with me on the price as he knew I needed to be in a certain budget maximum and he never got annoyed or tired of me trying to drop the price as he calmly “kept his cool”. After getting me a very, very good price and value for the purchase I mentioned that the funds would need to wait until the morning and I would be able to place a deposit on the car to hold it. David mentioned to me that it was his day off, but he would be more than happy to meet me the following evening to finish the paperwork. Follow up in pre and post-sale can define a salesperson in which David nailed yet again. He followed up with me during the day to remind me of documents that needed to be brought to make a smooth transition and also followed up two days after the sale to make sure everything was going good with my new purchase. Long story short, I left that day not feeling like I was being sold, but rather educated and assisted down the path line. I even offered him a visit to my beach house. I have purchased more cars than I would like to have had, but I will never forget this experience and I will continue to purchase future vehicles from Burns and David as well as recommend every one that I know to do the same. I insisted that he give me someone’s email to make it known how important David is to your staff now and as he grows in the future. Often times to many you hear about the negative experiences and not enough of the positive ones when the credit is due. I hope you can hire and keep many more David’s in the years to come. You now have the “lifer” customer which is crucial in the auto industry while increasing that network of pipe flow. Cheers David!! More

When it came time for a test drive, he was very professional. He was not pushy and matched the model to my needs; i.e. he didn't try to oversell me. The process was smooth. In one of his emails he promised not to waste my time and he kept his promise. The paperwork process went very smoothly and efficiently. A very friendly place.
