They asked what features I wanted and matched me with the features/options I wanted at a fair price and didn't waste my time with a lot of back and forth and trying to switch me to another model or other options. Honda's financing is superior to other manufacturers. After the sale, Adam took his time with me going through all of the features for operation of the car, with its new technology and both followed up to make sure I like the vehicle. Unprofessional sales manager I had been to Burns Honda for a new CRV EXL, they had a very good collection of choices to choose from. I was very excited to do business with them. We started dealing with the sales person Mike Madden. He is a pleasure to be around and talk to. Except, when we started negotiating on the final price for the car, the manager Michael Dibiaso was very rude and unprofessional. He asked us for our price and when he told him, he said "don't other dealerships laugh at you?". We asked what are you talking about and that our price is reasonable and he said "Are you nuts!?". We do not appreciate this unprofessionalism. He insulted us and we do not appreciate this kind of behavior. He could have kindly said "thank you for your offer but I am sorry, we cannot deal with you". But no. He did not. Many dealerships talk nicely just like this except for this manager in this dealership. We do not recommend for anyone to deal with the manager Michael Dibiaso. It is just a waste of your time.
