Friendly Dealership without the attitude. First let me say I only went for a test drive to see if I wanted a CRV and 4 hours later I drove home in a new car. Ed Altman is a friendly salesman who went out of this way to find the 2017 CRV AWD EXL in the color that I wanted and at a reasonable price. And he knows about the CRV and the options. He showed me how to set up my phone to connect to the car, set the radio stations I listen to and explained some of the options and settings. I was at another Honda dealer that is in MY area and the salesman showed me a car in the lot. When I asked about the price he just points and the sticker and says that's the price. NO "lets go inside and talk about the price or a deal”. Well they lost a sale with that attitude. So I drove 26 miles to Burns Honda and they got the sale. Being a 4 time former Subaru owner all I have to say about the CRV is WOW. I believe the 2017 CRV is a home run in style and options. It handles like a dreams and has plenty of pick-up and is in my eyes pretty luxurious. I was telling others it’s the “ little things “ that make the CRV a winner for 2017 and Burns Honda a great dealer. Bye Bye Subaru! More

I confessed this fact immediately to John Hughes, who never batted an eyelash and immediately found out what my parameters were for a new car lease. He never tried to upsell me, and always checked to see what I really wanted in a new car. Thanks to his sensitive and commonsense attention, I drive a 2017 Honda Civic that I love, with a monthly payment that fits my budget perfectly. I would recommend John to my closest friends and family - and I think other sales associates could stand to learn a thing or two from him as well. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was in the market for a new CRV, after test driving one me and my wife were set on the CRV! Me and my wife were nerve wrecking where to buy our new I was in the market for a new CRV, after test driving one me and my wife were set on the CRV! Me and my wife were nerve wrecking where to buy our new car.... as car dealers have a reputation of adding "funny charges" or telling you how much it is, and when you get there it's a complete "bait and switch" after speaking to a friend of mine. He recommended me giving Jamie Findley a call I believe he's the Sales manager there. We live in Philly so it's roughly a 25 minute drive for us to get there. We got there Friday night met with Jamie, who greeted us by name and showed us EXACTLY what we wanted. No ugly colors or different trims or different model car. But he did show us the differences between the models of CRV. At first we were set on the CRV EX, after Jamie showed us the features of the EX-L and the Touring... we were sold on the touring. We drove it home that night and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience, there was no pressure and when we signed papers everything was explained and questions were answered. Everybody else was also very friendly there! Top notch service! More
